Yep. Other than yesterday's/today's weather, absolutely EPIC. Thanks for the pics, keep them coming! I'm happy- my honey just made a loaf of fresh Cuban bread, made Cuban sandwiches a few minutes ago. Going back to work tomorrow, gotta spend the rest of the year beating back bills, Uncle Sam, and shiznit. As we move towards October, we shall conspire to do this again. I'm hoping to make Barber's Vintage Days about the same time, somehow head to NJ and MA with my honey in the meantime, and maybe get ahead next year. |

Hey y'all, finally got home about 4pm this afternoon! Crazy, sometimes harrowing ride yesterday, trying but never quite managing to get ahead of the storm. While Xena may be a handful in the twisties, I'm surprisingly un-sore after five days riding, she's a very comfortable distance bike for me I had an AWESOME weekend! So good to catch up with everyone, ride some great roads, tick the Dragon off the bucket list, play some guitar with Mike I'm really glad we all caught up with Glitch and Charlie too. Special thanks to Brad and his lady for their hospitality, and Vern for being such a great tour guide! Looking forward to doing it again this year!! |

The probabilities would be either John, or yer dumbaiss. Easy button: Room #3. Fun/silly button: pitch camp for 3 days, with good weather. Hope to deploy camp one day soon. |

That's a snapper! Looks big enough to take a finger or two... They make real good soup, almost as good as soft-shells. Z |

Matthew, Did you just use the hammock, or the tent too? |

I slept in the tent the first night. Hammock on nights 2 & 3. Hammock is infinitely superior. |

I just got home a few minutes ago. When Crusty and I took off it had stopped raining and I had nothing but wet roads all the way to Alpharetta so I arrived dry as a bone! Spent the next couple of days with my friend and his family. I took off on Tuesday morning and rode to Nashville and hooked up with a friend there. I took off this morning and battled the wind all the way home!! Man, that's the longest and largest amount of wind I've experienced. My arms and shoulders are worn out!! Excuse me, I need a beer! Had a great time and it was awesome to see everybody. Good to hear everybody made it home ok. Cheers! |

This event keeps getting better and better! It was great to see everyone.Vern,Greg,Greg,Frank,John,Graham,Matthew, Eric,Joe,Dave,Charlie,Liam and Hayden!I enjoyed seeing Vern's big smile at being back on the Uly and on curvy roads again.I enjoyed playing guitar with Graham. Come back soon and often, these roads are always open to Badwebbers! I will look at the calendar with Jenni this week, looking at the events calendar,it looks like October is booked up and if we want a fall meet at TWOS,it will have to be in November again. |

That's the story of my life,a day late and a Greg short! In my defence I was never introduced to him,if he's the guy I'm thinking about. |

Thanks for toting me along Mike! It truly was good to get back out there to stretch the Ulys legs again. Got to run the chicken strips off the rear for the first time in a long time. Another couple of hours might have had me less tense. But it would be a while before I could relax through the corners like you do! So glad every road there leads to Jim's BBQ! Nothing like it! Right Crusty?! |

Since Mary Ellen is better, this weekend I am hanging out with a BMW group doing a "spring Appalachia Tour" It's fun, but nothing like you guys. No Fire No home made beer No hooch No BBQ The Uly decided to start again after the nap last week in the hospital parking lot. I will just need to replace one front turn signal. Bill G |

Yea,he's the guy I was thinking of,the guitar player that wouldn't play one of the three guitars I brought. I was never introduced to this guy who just appeared out of the blue Saturday night. |

That's the brains behind the magical elixir we were passing around. He also makes great pizza! He recently moved from St. Louis to Atlanta to help his brother out in his insurance company. Although he plays guitars he usually just entertains himself, never getting the desire to play with others. I don't think he plays others music but makes up his own. That's why he didn't want to sit in. |

It was an awesome weekend, and I enjoyed Greg's whiskey! Xena was hard work on the turns until I learned to ride at her pace Really great to play some tunes with Mike, enjoy some curves with Vern... Let's do it again in October... Any plans for Little Switzerland this year? |
