So Sunday arrives on Long Island and it is a weatherrific one for riding following a few consecutive BRRRRR days! My 3 year old wants to go to a playground 10 miles away from home (his favorite),my wife says "No I'll take him to the park you go for a ride while the weathers nice." A smile on my face I grab my gear out of the closet and take my helmet out of it's bag to be met by a reflection of my face in the visor......I don't really looked all that thrilled...What was that Uncle Ben said....well anywho 10 minutes later I'm on the road, Conti's biting the pavement, turbo growling as the Passat wagon turns into Field 1 15 minutes later at Eisenhower park. Riding my Buell brings a thrill to my soul...but sharing Chicken nuggets and playing "Wizard of Oz monkey attack" on the swings with my 3 year old son brings a tear to my eye and a song to my heart. Just wanted to share.  | ||

In my garage sits "Scarlet" A sexy redhead of an XB12Ss. Customized by Daves himself to be translucent red. 285 miles on her. I live in Oregon, Saturday was very possibly the last good riding day I will see for ~8 weeks. I took my kids to a party instead. No worries, April will be here soon enough. If four was any measure, five yeas old will be over way too fast to waste it on some silly bike... | ||

But what is the peak RWHP of your kiddos and what is their top speed? Do you have any dyno charts on them? | ||

wait till you can combine your worlds once in awhile! my 7 yr old daughter LOVES going for rides. its great. i am still working on getting my honda 50 that i learned on back from some family members that "borrowed" it way to many years ago. | ||

But what is the peak RWHP of your kiddos and what is their top speed? Do you have any dyno charts on them? Hasn't been the dyno made that can measure those figures my friend! Blake, Randy left out top speed. Top speed of a five year old is not measurable. It is simply defined as "just a bit faster than you". The good news is they are confined to a high speed wobble, which can be discomforting to watch. | ||

The wobble's probably due to Reebok 207 sneakers. i would recommend changing to the Keds Diablo shoes but then you'd be toast!  | ||

My 5 year old daughter loves to climb up on my M2, she has to sit on the tank to reach the bars. Just want her to be a little older/bigger before giving her a ride. I would love to have a sidecar rig, if only I had room for it. Certainly on my wish list... | ||

I bought my M2 because the ALL DAY trip to the MX track isn't feasable with a 1 year old. It was a chore with my 9 year old. I usually only ride to and from work but on those nice day my wife will give the nod for me to push it out to the street and quietly ride away for an hour or so during nap/quiet time. I love getting out on the street but I find that I hurry home to be sure I can play peek-a-boo through the crib slots with my son. He isn't so sure of me with my helmet on but he's good at leaving blocks in my riding boots. I love those little treats. My daugher used to love the rides around the yard on the RM-Z and I've been reluctant to take her on a spin on the M2. She likes to sit on it and really wants a mini-bike of her own. I can't wait to take her to the mini track this summer. She loved going to the recent flat-track event with me and most Sundays she'll suffer through the Supercross on SPEED, I thinks she's paying me back for having to watch all of the Barbie movies the second we get home from Best Buy. | ||

Well for the moment my son does not even acknowledge my bike. He is still stuck on  I can understand why too, In the magical land of Sodor where Thomas hails from you can crash trains, ruin or misplace valuable freight or just fall asleep on the job! The senile old guy in charge?!?......HE YELLS AT THE TRAINS!!!  Is this a t.v show or political science 101? I need some 1/56 scale buells so I can start swapping out his wooden railway cars in the dark of night.  | ||
