After lurking and bugging you all frequently I finally picked one!
I've been saving and collecting bits... just about ready to finally start putting it all together!
The exhaust (FMF Full Race):
After ceramic coating:
Being the geek i am, i had to weight every part to see what it all will weigh.
I weighed before and after ceramic coat. I expected to see a small increase in weight, but actually did not. Maybe the prep took enough off to equal out with the coating (both in&out). A few measured a bit less, but a fraction of an oz.
After coating - 9.36 lbs.
They did a great job on the coating.
Pics of the new larger diameter pipes:
1 3/8" to 2"
Midpipe 2 to 2 1/8 Collector 2 1/8 to 2 1/2 - which goes into the muffler.
Will try to get dyno done for before and after soon.
I'll update this thread as i finish building this out.

That's one of the best looking exhausts IMHO. however its one loud Mofo.
I have had mine on now for about 1.5 years and it sets off car alarms. LOL
Interesting to see what you get before and after on the Dyno. Are you adding a EBR ECM or doing any tuning? Probably wont see much of a gain without a tune of some sort.
All I did was some Tuner Pro logging and called it good but it screams.

i had a cyclone with factory race exhaust that set off alarms, cant wait till can afford a kit for my 1125r, and ceramic looks awesome, where did u go to get coated?
Thanks for the comments - I'm really excited to finally get an exhaust.
unfortunately i think most of the local shops with Dyno's are really swamped right now (that time of year)... But will see if i can find someplace to squeeze in for a quick baseline. Almost got it installed last night (impatient) w/ a buddy. But going to try and hold off until i get some time for Dyno and before/after videos.
I have the matched EBR ECM. I spoke with Danny at EBR and it's the map that they used for this exhaust (exact same FMF Race) on their race bike.
I like the ceramic - didn't add any weight at all which was a nice surprise, and i think it looks great. Shame to cover the beautiful metal, but hope to have it under fairings eventually anyway.
I got it coated nearby at Performance Coatings in Auburn, WA. Absolutely fantastic crew there. Quoted higher than they charged me, and took 1/2 the time they said it might take. i think they got it done in 2 or 3 days instead of 5-7 business days. Same week i dropped it off at least.
I totally appreciate Forerunner, Avalaugh, and Freightdog for their coating and exhaust pics Here:http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/290 431/657588.html. Mine isn't quite as pretty as Avalaughs, but i went for a matte dark grey like Forerunner and Freightdog. Just simple/clean. And light (luckily).
Have a couple hours this afternoon i think i'll get the before audio/video if i can before some friends show up.

Should have done one totally stock as a baseline, not with the pipe already installed.

Dean - yep! that's why i didn't get it installed last night. Trying to wait until I get it dyno'd for comparison. A before/after dyno is my goal. It's mostly bone stock now (some LEDs, mirrors, etc - almost all cosmetic). Some CF bits for weight savings. Hope to weight it before/after as well.
Did you get your full system built out yet? was drooling over your Keda3 pipe but really wanted to go full header/system.
I will post up the dyno's if i can resist installing it!
Alan - gorgeous! That looks fantastic. Mine definitely isn't that pretty. Is it a thick coat and did it add any weight?
On the positive, they were fast and very reasonable priced. Plus only 3 days turnaround (I checked the invoice). They also do some other coatings and I will definitely do more with them in the future.
Shipping it to the UK would probably cost as much as the coating itself!
rob, its thick enough that if you don't mask the parts that slip together they won't fit after coating, doesn't weigh much extra but the benefits more than make up for it, i'm lucky i guess as they're not too far from me, we use them a lot at work for race stuff

Got the baseline Dyno run!
Wasn't sure so asked for the Dynojet adjusted info (thought i'd get both, but spit out just the Dynojet adjusted). No biggie. As long as the after run is setup the same on the same machine. 3 pulls - 2nd was best 3rd started to get hot and lost a bit.
A:F was surprisingly rich. Tech said likely a clogged air filter - which is likely. Have a K&N to go w/ new ECM and Pipe.
Will try to get before after video and audio db measurements next. If i don't get to impatient and just slap it on!
131/72 seems very respectable. I was guessing (and i'm absolutely no expert) it would be 128-132, and 70'ish.
Oil change maybe, or at least new K&N w/ ECM/Pipe. I was planning on giving it a few days to sort itself out before trying another dyno - that a good thing or slap it in and Dyno?

I called around and most of the shops were swamped... 1-2 weeks before i could get in.
Googled Dyno's in Seattle and called Seattle Ducati as a last effort. The service manager Max was awesome! He had a tech lined up to resurrect an abandoned bike, but said "i think it would be more fun to dyno your bike instead!"
That was yesterday end of day, so got in during my lunch hour TODAY to get it done! sweeeet!!
Late night last night! But got the new exhaust installed!
Before:
After:
plain straight from the phone. sound is a bit clipped w/ crappy mic on cell phone... sounds nice and thumpy/deep which i don't think comes across on the vid.
well i also put in the new K&N... So looking at best case what it can do.
With ECM, K&N, and fresh oil - don't want to do a 3rd run.
That make sense to anyone else besides me?
99 - i totally get what you are saying, but would not imagine fresh oil would give more than a fraction HP or maybe 1hp. Amsoil 20-50 in it now, do the same before next Dyno.
TOTAL = 25.202 lbs. Replaced by 9.36 FMF Ti System. 15.8 lbs lost!
Also while installing exhaust - pulled the solenoid i disconnected over a year ago... another 1.66 lbs just the solenoid (don't know where the bracket went to).
So down at least 17lbs from a few days ago.
Have a shorai on the way - more weight savings!!
EZ - thanks man. Will change the oil before next dyno.
Very nice Sl33py. Something looks very familiar...
I did a before and after dyno, totally stock and with the EBR ECM. No gains at all. In fact, a slight loss in midrange and my before numbers were identical to yours. Oh well, looks badass, sounds better, and quite a bit lighter. I drown out I4's with aftermarket cans, and only open exhaust Harleys are louder.

Forerunner - yep. Found online for only a bit more than the SS version so went for it!
FD - hmm... yeah i pretty much copied you. Thanks for always answering my stupid questions. Hope to get the final Dyno done in the next week or two (mostly work getting in the way). I will definitely post up results and hope i get some gains.
