Hi gang,
I am going to admit to being quite worried, I am going to say that after Brumbear visited them last week, he PM'd me, And although I promised him I would not go public with what he said, he sounded scared to me.
Skinstains was going to see them on Monday and I have since PM'd him and still have not recieved a response.
If any of you have contacts in the Police or Sherrif's Dept. please have a word to them about this as I think there is a lot more to this business that needs to be investigated by the authorities.

That is where you need to have Brumbear's comments and contact info listed. Especially if they are scary bastards. Make sure to leave a phone number so they can call you back, I don't think they will care if they spend long distance charges on the call. |

I think we may have acheived a result thanks to all the harrasment you lot have given them. I received an email from them last night after sending this to them,
To whom it may concern,
You are possibly aware by now that I will not allow you to steal from me. I will do everything possible to see that filth like you rot in hell. How can somebody constantly lie as often as you and still feel OK about it. I am at the stage now that I will have to order my exhaust from elsewhere as I want to get my bike back on the road, so I will now endeavour to get my money back from you filth.

So it is now quite obvious that they had not shipped my goods and probably never intended to. They probably have descided too due to your efforts and the fact that I listed them with the BBB. At least now I think I may get my Zorst.
The fact still remains that they were actually intending to steal from me and can you imagine how many other people they have ripped off. Please remember, that I ordered and paid on the 13th of August which is 3 calender months ago. I am going to continue harrasing them through the proper authorities as they need to be stopped or they will continue to steal from our bike riding mates.
Thanks gang for all your help, although I will not rest until the exhaust lands on my door step.

Yes I know thanks mate, but they will be commiting USPS fraud if they don't send it. Is that true or not.
I am about to take off on the Buell for a weekend away with my mates. It is spring here and the weather is beautiful.
I will be back on Sunday night and have some very interesting news. I can't say too much at the moment, but Brumbear has been in contact and this is not over !!!

All I can say at the moment is that this thread is going to Private Messages. The reason you ask, It appears we are dealing with the 'Brighton Beach Boys' and I have been told that they are a bit ruthless. If anyone has any contact with people in authority, PM me cause I cant say a lot on a public forum.
I am worried about Skinstains, I cant get a reply from him, however Brunbear is fine.

Its sort of time to say thanks for all your help.
There is obviously some pressure being applied to these thieves, as they now reply to each email that I send. They still bullshit a lot, but at least they respond.
I have ordered another exhaust from a new Australian supplier whom did not exist when I ordered from the states. If I eventually get the system from Exotic, I will probably get my money back when I sell it locally so all is not lost.
I have complaints filed with just about every authority in the States, and it is probably about time to let them do their job. I do hope they get these thieves as they need to stop them stealing from bikers worldwide.
Thanks you lot, you have done me proud with your advise and assistance. Just goes to show what a bunch of like minded bike riders can achieve if they share a common bond.
I will keep this thread alive just to keep in touch if nothing else.

My bike was tipped over the kickstand side by a car that backed into the Micron exhaust. The exhaust was damaged, so the dealership tried to order a new one during repairs. Micron being out of business, they sourced Exotic to deliver a Ti-Force instead. It's been 4 months and no word... but the manager at the dealership has been persistent with contacting Exotic and has managed to speak with them on numerous occasions. The current date for delivery is 12/11... we'll see about that! |
