Hi to all you American Buell riders. I am from Perth, Western Australia and I ride a 2007 XB12R [black & red], Suzuki 1250 Bandit and an XR400. I have a problem which I hope one of you can help me with. I bought an Arrow exhaust for my Bandit from "Exotic Sportbike" [I can hear you all laughing at me]. I am assuming you already know that this company are just a bunch of thieves. I paid for the system on the 13th of August and they have refused to reply to my emails and I am now left to assume that I have been robbed. Could one of you please look into this for me so I know if the exhaust has been sent or if they have robbed me. I know they are in Wayne as his bank is the Bank of America in Wayne. On Mapquest, there are 10 different Wayne cities listed, including 2 in Ohio. If someone were to help you, more details would facilitate that. | ||

Buewulf, Thank you my friend, I have been buying a lot of bike parts from the states and have found you Americans to be really honest and easy to deal with until I came across this company. Thanks for your help, at least now, I know it is on its way. And yes Swordsmen, I have found that Buell riders are a particularly loyal and honest bunch of people [not that there are many Buells over here]. Similar story here...laid down some serious cash on a deposit on an XB turbo kit being developed by Turbo Connection/BoostIsGood in Rapid City. Promised that the deposit would be returned if the kit wasnt available by May 1...Brian will not return email inquiries....sad | ||

I'm just interested to see how it all works out. Feels kind of like a movie... tapping into your international network to dig up info on a foreign criminal! Hopefully you can get your money one way or the other (refund or product). Nothing sucks worse then getting swindled. ~SM | ||

When I bought the Blast, I went looking for the best deal on an exhaust for it...Exotic had the best price by far...I asked a local dealer to price match...he said they were "selling" the exhaust at dead cost...why would that be??? Who sells at nearly dead cost? I skipped to the next supplier...got a fair deal and good service... You can find out a lot by Googling "XXXXX sucks"....now days I don't buy anything over the internet or phone without referrals from trusted people. | ||

I will call in the am get a storefront address and pop in give em a little stop by if they don't have one I will swing by the wayne post office and ask if the mail is checked in that box number and see if I can get a street address. | ||

I wish I could hang out with you guys!!!! I wish one of you could track them down and just confirm for me that the exhaust has actually been sent, because as it stands, I don't know for sure and it is shiting me as I wan't to get my bike back on the road. Ok called wayne PO they have the box as active. I called exotic told em my nephew in Australia was having a problem getting his stuff and since I am down the street I would swing buy and pick it up cause I am heading over there tomorrow. They said it shipped out of Vermont USPS phone # for priority tracking is 1-605-277-4681 I told the answer service I have a problem and to contact me asap so we may have to shuffle this show to the boys in Vermont. The Vermont USPS is probably bullshit because they realise that they would have a lot of people knocking on their door to inflinct bodily harm if anyone found their location. Another thing you could do is file a complaint with the post office, that will make it a Federal offense if you could prove that it is mail fraud and let me tell you the Post Master Investigators don't play games. I was almost taken once and file a complaint and the long arm of the Federal Law Enforcement came and help me. Look at your options since there business is registered in the Post Office Building they may be able to explain you legal rights, I would give the Post Master a ring and see what come out of it. | ||

How much money did you give them ? I would be more than happy to stop by their storefront and tell them to pony up the duckets as my nephew wants a refund or I might just feel obligated come back...later. I hate scumbags and have virtually no conscience when it comes to dealing with them. | ||

Froggy, I know i'm not the only one, I should have done my research sooner rather than later but I am a really trusting person and would never rip anybody off, so this sort of thing really upsets me. Skinstains, You have my permission to do some damage. The main problem is locating them, they hide behind a P.O. box number which is shown above. There must be an address associated with this P.O. number. I would love to be able to sort this myself but I am on the other side of the world which is why I decided to rely on my fellow Buell riders. They have so many negative reveiws, I am amazed somebody hasen't crippled this dickhead before today. Why haven't the police or sheriff's department closed them down???? Regards Buelllord P.S.
