I do like it alot but wouldn't call it a Buell by any means. Buell powered is all you can say about it. "The motor nestles in a Sportster frame, but the front end is pure sportbike—courtesy of a Honda VTR 1000 RC51 SP2. (And probably just as well, given the drastic hike in power.) Keeping the back end planted are a Honda CB1100SF X11 swingarm and Öhlins shock." |

"You don’t often see Buell-based customs, and when you do, they’re invariably of the streetfighter genre." I guess the author is unaware of eBay and Craigslist, the place where chopped Buells go to die. |

Wow, he got a "drastic hike in power" from changing the air filter and exhaust, Mikuni carb, and single fire ignition. Maybe I should try that. Well I guess I did, except for the Mikuni carb. He got so much power he had to add a 'sportbike front end', those crappy upside-down Showas just won't cut it with forward controls. |

Jay - likely swapped to that front end for the looks (I must admit, I love the gold over the standard silver of Buell forks. And since he probably didnt start with a buell, probably just picked up the cheapest option available. They talk about a buell motor, but they also call it a buell, so I am not convinced it is a Buell motor, possibly just having buell heads. Its a popular upgrade with Sportster racers |

The oiltank is actually fairly obvious... Not hiding in the least. How long will it take for you to spot it? lol |
