mildly amusing editorial on the Trump Deranged Congress leaders.... who refuse to work with George Bush and think Putin invaded Korea.

You can't make up incompetence like this. The 3 stooges would have said, "that's too stupid, no one would buy it. How about I take a six foot saw blade to Larry's head instead?".

The DOJ attorney who argued for the stay in the 9th Circuit choked horribly. Not only in presenting his case, but in his stumbling hesitating manner of speech.

It was absolutely awful.

I listened to the entire hearing.

That's right Republicans. We listened to your promises and bizarrely expect you to deliver. No performance, no pay.

What? You expect Brainwashed Democrat Party loyalty from us? Think again.

We watch as the Soros paid mobs break the law and are more & more less likely to ever vote for the Democrat Socialists.... but that doesn't mean we'll vote for YOU.

We'll vote for your primary opposition. And they'll win. We will replace you. 2018 may be the biggest turn over that the nation has ever seen.

You think the propaganda fueled faux rage of the paid protesters & the stupidity of the celebrity "going to leave America" crowd is scary?

Idiots.

We don't burn down our cities. We take away your jobs.

We're going to insist you work for us. We pay you. And we know who bribes you.

We may not even like Trump. We do know the catch phrase that will terrify you.

You're fired.

Arrest you? You leak details of a proposed military operation against Iran you should go to prison. For treason. You just committed treason. You can be hung by the neck until dead.

And apparently should be.

To be fair I'm willing to send a lot of D.C. minions to prison. A lot.

Hey; better that than being beheaded.

A hot stake is always better than a cold chop.

No. Stakes are for impaling.

See Vlad the Impaler. Hero of Transylvania.

Fought the Islamic hordes.

A great example of a patriotic hero and how the different sides see one........ very differently.

No; impaling is how you carry water. If you try to carry it in a basket, it will leak out before you get down the hill.

AE, that's written by Juan Williams the liberal side of Fox, though plenty of it is true to a certain extent, I take it with a grain of salt coming from him.

Oh, I considered the source. I admit I'll take any excuse to complain about the Establishment Republican Leadership.

Since, after all, they are an enemy of the people. That's the one thing the leftist get right. They just fail to see that the Establishment Democrat Leadership is too.

I'm not for anarchy, don't get me wrong.

I do have the prejudice that professional politicians, like the food in your pantry, need to be thrown out before it makes everything smell bad. Or kills you.

I had a real life example the other day. Pulled a can of Ro-tel off the shelf the other day, and noticed that the back side of the can, showed leakage & was stained black. Glad I caught that before it leaked all over the shelf and required a gagging horror show of a cleanup.

That's Congress. Not that we can always see the rot. Buried in the swamp so.

People jump on Trump for having "conflicts", and for being "un-Presidential"...

...but Esquire TV has a show called "Best Bars in America". They're currently touring George Washington's personal distillery.

How do you think THAT would go over today?

...nearly 11,000 barrels a year when Washington was still alive. WOW.

They currently produce (in his original distillery, with original methods) about 2,000 bottles a year. "white dog" un-aged rye.

They say they sell out in 2 days.

I need to figure out their production schedule...LOL

They were actually surprised at how smooth it was. Said they figured it was going to bite back but didn't - no oak or vanilla or charcoal because of no barrel-age, but they said it was quite good. And the way they did it back then - the joke was "it's aged from here (Mt Vernon) to Alexandria (the pub)". Be interesting to try.

Most the people who flee California are the ones who moved here from some other state looking for the great utopia and were quickly disenchanted.

Cool. Bye.

In the last 5 years the most out of state plates we have seen are from Texas, Oregon, Virginia and Colorado.

Sadly it will take more companies moving out of the state for the Politicians to understand there is a problem. It will get worse before it gets better.

I moved here(Colorado) from California in 1984. Got out of the USNavy in San Diego.
One of my highest priorities was getting rid of the Cali license plate.
I got ran off the road twice with the Cali plates.

Most "out of state" tags back then were Texas and California.
Been steady now for 30+ years...

Gotten to be so many left wingnuts, Dan has moved to Missouri.
Now I have a machine shop in Colorado.

more to come...

Zac, I grew up in Colorado and moved back after the Navy in 83. I was on the Fletcher DD992 in San Diego. Left Colorado for California less than 3 years later because I was tired of commuting in the snow. At the time I could care less about politics but was disgusted at what the state was becoming. Now I just can't bring myself to visit anymore. Makes me sad.

Sadly the higher the population density, the more likely it will be left slanted...

There is a quiet right uprising going on here. People have become upset about paying for other peoples lifestyles and the lack of personal accountability.

We still have low property taxes though...

Among other good points, this displays how the Progs want to force all immigration, legal and illegal to have the same status and make like legal immigrants have to fear deportation.

So much for customer respect. I was unaware Sears & Kmart were leftist favorites.

I've stopped posting on this thread, at least temporarily, but I continue to follow political news very closely. With Flynn's "assassination" it should be apparent to even the most casual political observer that the coup attempt continues. I hope y'all are paying very close attention - there's an intense battle taking place for the very soul of our nation. The enemy? Sadly, they are inside the gates.

Being a California native, I'm having trouble equating the words "Santa Cruz" and "low property taxes" in the same thought...

My mom's house has low property taxes in Long Beach, because my grandfather bought the house in 1951 and my dad bought it from him in 1963... She's grandfathered in on Prop 13 so she pays around $1500 per year.

My last house in Cali cost me $8500 per year in taxes.

Brutal.

Calling Flynn's ouster an "Assassination" is hyperbole. Just losing a job is nothing like having Polonium put in your milkshake.

Just because the job was lost because of treason by Obama appointees doesn't approach the level of "Assassination".

Although I think the Death Penalty does apply in both cases. ; )

The Obama administration did us a huge favor by lowering the level of ethics to such a low level that about anything will pass muster.

Tough to get very stirred up about "lying" after all of Hillary's shenanigans that everyone turned a blind eye to.

And . . . Thank you Barack . . . for establishing the "I have a phone and a pen" standard of law making.

>>>My last house in Cali cost me $8500 per year in taxes.

Try $36,000 a year in Westchester county . . .

The thought of paying $3,000 a month in property taxes is insane . . . The first house I bought cost me a whopping $270 a month in total mortgage payments, which included insurance and taxes.

My taxes were for a 1300 square foot house that was over 40 years old. We lived in the shadows of all the McMansions in South Orange County, who mostly paid taxes in excess of $25,000 per year.

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive Treason from Within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitors move amongst those within the gates freely, their sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the nation, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.”
Marcus T. Cicero, speech in Roman Senate, 58 BC
