FB,

I edited out the wide pics, turned them into hyperlinks. They were making the font so small, and making the page difficult to read.

Thanks

Blake, thanks. Sorry. Everything looked good on my monitor when I posted them up, or else I would've done something different.

Thanks again. : )

Thanks, Blake. Mobile would resize the images to fit; larger monitors it was OK, but on my laptop (the majority of my Badwebbing these days) it was being goofy because of the larger images.

Admmittedly, this thread is the majority of my news input for this topic. I distrust the MSM so much....and I'm lazy. Ferris does such a great job of digging up fact, I see no need to reinvent that particular wheel! : )

MSM example - a piece on today's Today show about Trump. Interviewing John Q Public in Erie PA about "how do you feel about his administration so far?". I caught the end of it, but wholeheartedly the folks support him and what he's doing - which, as we've noted here, is EXACTLY what he said he'd do during the campaign. But...they kept digging to try and find negatives - "yeah, but, the people say they don't like HOW he's doing it"...or "people are saying they wish he'd tone down the rhetoric...". WTF?

At least, though, they were admitting people at large ARE supporting him and his policies. I think (hope?) that as time passes and people at large realize true facts, and realize the true hypocrisy of the Dems...things will level out for us. Hopefully, as noted in a post above, before there's bloodshed.

While I fantasize about aiding the N Korea nuclear program by giving them an example by detonating a megaton range nuke on their missile/nuke development site, the timing & aim for maximum irony & deniability is tough. You'd want to simulate an accidental explosion prior to launch.

Besides, like Iran a container with nuke is more likely and far more reliable than an IRBM.

So the real danger to LA - Seattle is a ship from China ( many ) or a Korean short hit on the ocean. Waves & fallout.

Any attempt to overthrow the Korean dictatorship would have to include doing the same to China. Not likely. China supports the Kim dynasty to keep Korea from being the escape route & evil influence on their border. ( the racist part of that relationship is generally invisible to the West )

Ratbuell, "the people" are tired of the fake news from the "media". We're not that stupid.

Well about half of us aren't. Hopefully that number will rise as the hysteria of the DNC propaganda fails to match everyday life.

Executive authority and power needs to be checked. The President has gotten too much power via Executive Orders the last 3 administrations including Trump. I am ok with those powers being reined in.

Mostly, in terms of this issue, I want the legal judgments and findings to be correct from a legal precedent standpoint. It would seem that the 9th Circuit Court is wrong in this case. I read that 86% of their rulings are overturned. If so, that is absurd and maybe they need to find new careers.

But, on the whole, one of the reasons that I voted for Trump is I knew he would have pushback in everything he did which would limit his power. That's a good thing. That is something I didn't think would be there with Hillary considering how soft the GOP establishment is and how the press and everyone else would just go along with her and cover up every illegal action.

Checks and balances. That's what our system is about.

So what's the end game of the judicial theatrics in the 9th circus court? It clearly isn't about the law. I know it's an anti-Trump thing, but how far are these idiots willing to go to oppose Trump? Is it really worth it to them to allow terrorists into our country just to oppose Trump? For a long time now, I've had the suspicion that the new breed of liberals will oppose all kinds of things that are best for them, simply for the sake of going against Republicans. This is taking to an entirely new level though.

It can't be about political power. Any middle of the road, swayable voter is going to be completely turned off by this sort of tyranny. This is beyond simple tyranny. This is tyranny that is putting our very nation at risk of attack by those who are at war with us. It looks to me like they are guaranteeing gains for conservatives in the next election round. I honestly don't understand it.

As I understand their latest ruling, they are claiming that Trump basically has to provide some sort of proof that terrorists are trying to get into the country to make his EO valid. Do they expect him to provide classified information into the public record? Is he supposed to be able to point to an individual who is walking into the country with plans to commit terrorism? It really does seem to be an insane ruling.

Thoughts? I'm really at a loss.

Even worse, if this ruling somehow were to be upheld by the Supreme court, it substantially changes the roll of the executive branch of government in protection our nation. Not just for this administration, but for all future administrations. They really are playing with fire.

>>>one of the reasons that I voted for Trump is I knew he would have pushback in everything he did which would limit his power.

Bingo.

I'm kind of . . . in a quiet way . . pleased to see this.

The law seems, at least to a construction worker, quite unequivocal. The Constitution, by the design of those who penned it, vests great power in the President in matters of Trade and Immigration.

I suspect the Supreme Court will affirm the Executive Order. I'm glad to see it get to the Supreme Court so that the maximum number of dicks, the Washington Court and the 9th District, get slapped when this gets settled.

It can't be about political power. Any middle of the road, swayable voter is going to be completely turned off by this sort of tyranny. This is beyond simple tyranny.

It's all about power. It's a religious issue for the leftists. Acceptance without reason. Belief without facts.

I'm not picking on anyone's real religious faith here. All religious beliefs call for a leap of faith.

The trees have spirits, the guy who died, horribly tortured for your sins, the existence of a higher being, etc. etc. all require a suspension of disbelief.

Never mind the sacred texts, anyone could have written those. ( after all, there's zero evidence that Obama wrote any of his biographies ) Could be a big scam. ( pretty darn sophisticated one for 3000 year old sheep herders ) In any case, you take on faith certain things that ( usually ) can't be proved or disproved.

Tree spirits? We don't have a spirit detector, so there is no proof. One way or the other. I leave you to question your own faith... and probably find the same result. Proof of a god? Show me your god meter. If it always shows zero, how do you know if it works?

But leftism! Ah, a different thing altogether. Plenty of proof. Millions of bodies. Mass graves on every continent. ( except Antarctica. So far. That we know of. ) Simple logic tells you to compare the life span, income, and any other metric between... East & West Germany? N & S Korea? Soviet Russia & England?

There is more than ample proof that leftism is a tool of the few to rule the many, with utter, complete, and mandatory dishonesty, and terrorism.

See also the 9th court, the anti-gay guy riots in Berkeley, and the people hired to attack Trump supporters by Clinton Minions.

Utter dishonesty and terrorism.

For the glory of a Higher power. Power.

Thing with the 9th is...they (and I truly believe this) don't think they ARE letting terrorists into the country. They're so oblivious, so self-centered...they think it's strictly about opposing the "notmypresident" guy.

They're morons who need a taste of reality. And unfortunately, I think more and more each day it's going to take a real attack, taking American lives on American soil, to drive that point home to these idiots.

...mainly because, to them anyway, the immigrants "are US" - meaning, they feign belief in the same system, the same dieties, the same propaganda heads. The terrorists have got the Dems totally snowed into believing "hey, no, we're the good guys!" because they make it sound like they have the same belief sets.

And maybe - disturbingly - they do. Downfall of western civilization as we know it, is downfall of western civilization as we know it - whether it comes at the hands of Allah or Hillary.

It will also be a good reminder for Trump that he is operating in hostile terrain, and that it will be hard enough when he is smart, so he can't afford to be stupid.

Rolling out his executive order that takes immediate effect, without also rolling out implementation guidance to those that have to enforce it, seemed to me to be a stupid mistake. One I hope he learned from, and I hope he won't repeat.

Anyone done any research on where the interpretation that they would stop current greencard / visa holders came from? Was that genuine confusion, a genuine intent, or was it a deliberate over interpretation in order to create a problem that could then be criticized?

I've wondered, but haven't had the time or inclination to research it.

There are underlying things going on ! Not good for us living here in the good old USA.

Also, are we to believe that coincidentally, all those stores decided to drop Trump's daughter's jewellery line ? So now I boycott their stores !

I kinda doubt I ever shopped in any store that carried a "Trump" jewelry line.

Did Sears? Harbor Freight? Penny's? Land's End? ( my fancy stuff, made in the sweatshop next to Old navy's... a far too fancy place for me. ) Hot Topic?

I'm not going to worry about it. Calling for a boycott on CNN's advertisers? That might mean something.

I just want to point out that Trump is an imperfect human being, and if you expect him to be the messiah, you are following the mental illness that Obama & Hillary worshipers travel.

Plus, from a practical view, you really need to lean on the Republican Congress to do a good job for a change, and fire the idiots as fast as possible. Otherwise it'll be Establishment Rs & Ds still screwing things up for us real people. business as usual.

That said, that it's unwise to think The Donald is The Answer, I do have to also say the Leftists aren't Satan.

They just follow guys that loved Lucifer. So it's possible they can be deprogrammed. Happens all the time in Communist hells on Earth. Lots of Russians know all about how evil leftism is.

I was hoping to avoid being a subject of a hell on Earth just so Hillary fans can grow up though.

Let me just say that when Gretchen and I bought our house, we bought a lot of furniture. Among the items purchased was a Trump mattress set.

Biggest $3000 piece of shit I ever had the displeasure of owning. It caved in, we barely got six months out of it, and the warranty was just as .

Been on a Tempurpedic ever since, and couldn't be happier.

That being said, I won't hold the bad mattress experience against the President.

I got a chuckle last night; on NBC, Chuck Todd was yakking about KellyAnne touting Ivanka's products and he said, "the rules apply to everyone." I'll bet a nickel that he never once said that about Hilary's reckless exposure of classified information. The Left's hypocrisy seems to have no limit.

The real problem is, the Dems and the libs don't believe any of that. They think it's all "made up" by us evil conservatives.

And they won't believe it till - I'm afraid - they see blood on their own lawns. And even then, I don't know that they would understand. They have no desire to believe truth, because it goes against their doctrine.

There are many people that claim George W. Bush is responsible for all the terrorism in the world because he attacked Iraq for no reason.

They are wrong on so many levels.

You can give the nod to Jimmie Carter, who gave Iran to the Mullahs and deserves a share of credit for every death sin the region since. ( by incompetence, at first, but he's become a Saudi minion since he left office ) Especially all the U.S. troops and Iraqis killed by the bombs Iran supplied to AQ. ( not to mention the Iranians killed each year by the Mullahs )

Bill Clinton gets some credit. He's the one that decided to not capture or kill Osama Bin Laden. ( then sent Sandy Berger to steal the records of that from the National Archives and destroy them. Destroying public records seems to be a Clinton Thing ) http://www.spectacle.org/0804/wilson.html

Barack Taqiyya Obama? Gave arms to AQ, started Barry's Wars, abandoned an ally to terrorism...

Yeah, you can call them the Obama 7 if you like, but, I think that short changes so many deserving of our undying contempt.

Not sure why you would think they don't know. The 9th circus court case? I think it's crazy to think that a president, any president, would have to justify this type of EO with this sort of evidence. They just used a BS excuse to justify giving Trump the middle finger. There's no way to cover all the bases for such a thing. If they had provided such unnecessary evidence, they would have simply found some other BS excuse. There's a reason they are the most overturned court in our country.

http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2017/02/federa l_workers_planning_sabotage_of_the_trump_administr ation.html

Past time for a purge.

Back in the Bush the Younger admin traitors in the CIA "leaked" that George had requested a plan to take out Iran. Clinton loyalists who objected to the new regime took it upon themselves to give classified information to the enemy.

A higher purpose to stop a cowboy president from a horrible mistake? Treason by any legal standards.

Mid level bureaucrats making foreign policy by giving the enemy advance notice of attack.

In the Barry regime such leaks got crushed with an iron fist & it wouldn't surprise anyone if some folk got buried. Barry also purged the Pentagon & his intelligence heads lied under oath to congress about domestic illegal surveillance.

I think hanging is the traditional response.
