You could make a business selling that bracket I bet. It looks like you're going about this project the right way and doing things the right way the first time. It's looking good.

Oh and how odd is that insanely long Buell ignition cylinder? What's the reasoning for it being so long? My dad saw that, laughed at it, and said you could save weight right there! ;)

I'm sure I could make some $$ selling the brackets, but, really, it's still not a brain dead simple swap. The bracket DOES make it a cleaner install. And besides, I didn't think up the bracket. I got a somewhat messy DXF file from another Bueller. I just cleaned it up and cut it. I can post a DXF/PDF file of the bracket for those of you that would like it.

And the insanely long cylinder is humorous, but it's functional. The reason why it's so long, is because on the lightning it's sideways, and has to come out the side of the headlight housing.

Steve_mackay: Yeah you definitely wouldn't want to sell somebody else's bracket as your own. :P I didn't realize it was somebody else's design. And if it's not a simple bolt on, people would surely be bothering you constantly for technical issues. I wouldn't want that headache either.
