A buddy and I decided to tackle it ourselves (there wasnt one on the market when we did it)$10 for the metal and $110 for the tail/turn signal led. Took about 4 hours (between the two of us we are the pickiest people alive)

I have a little cleaning up to do on it.

^yup. looks great at night. and its pretty damn bright. The license plate light I am still working on. I have some led license plate bolts I need to put on for now. If I dont like that I will put a hole in the udertail and instal a light so that it shines down.

I havent taken any shots of it myself but this is the light. (I got the smoked lense)

I am making my own exhaust next week. All the aftermarket ones are damn ugly or too expencive. I will be using a tubular magnaflow car muffler and it will sit under the bike with dual exits (kinda like the D&D on my XB12R) I will pst that progres as it happens

Do I sense another seller in the making :-) Just double the price and mass produce @ least for 1125r buyers. Looks good.

^Yeah cutting it out took the longest. I might have to get a template of mine and make a stamp. I do have access to a press then it would be easy.

The ones Robert sell/builds at XBLights are the highest quality and SEALED so they should last a lifetime.
Mine has 8k miles on it with NO moisture inside or any trouble ... plug-n-play.

If you're using aluminum for your bracket, keep an eye on it as the vibration may cause it to develop stress cracks.
That's why I used 14 ga stainless for mine.

I cleaned up the fit on the sides in the last 2 pics after I shot these, it's all clean now but they're the best shots I have of it.

Denton, Texas.....home of one of my favorite bands....Slobberbone! AND home to the Von Erich wrestling family! Probably famous for some other things too. That's just the ones that come to my mind.

^I will see what I can do. Are you wanting to use the factory turn signals? I cant imagine it being that difficult to add.

Sorry, I don't have access to the materials or the shop equipment anymore.
I have a decent shop in my garage, but no shear, roller, bead-blaster or english wheel.

I spent about 8-10 hours making my set-up... cost prohibitive to duplicate.

The "Tidy Tale" that Matt is selling at Trojan Horse is a good deal at a hundred bucks.

Sci how much fab did you have to do to get your license plate bracket on?

I would be looking at the integrated tail light like yours, I think that's the ticket. It just looks so much smoother than having stock signals sticking out.

Let me know : )

^That was easy. I used aluminum L bracket and cut it down to size and two holes where it bolts to the undertail, and two for the plate. that was it. Someone on here has said aluminum isnt the best choice because of stress.
