They do cross @5252 the hp is right at 68 and so is the torque. the scaling numbers on the side are not proportionate to each other.

We may want to reserve judgement for when the fuel map has been properly developed. Remember, when the Buell race can was first tested, we thought they were terrible. Now we know that with the proper fuel map, they are quite good.

The high AFR shows the scavenging thats occuring, its litteraly sucking the air out so to speak (thats a good thing). Once I get some fuel going in, the numbers should increase but hopefully maintain the same lines or similar.
What do you think is wrong with the tq curve? There are NO, Zero, Zip, Nada flat spots. The bounces in the line are due to the fact the operator couldn't keep the tire planted, the small dips and peaks are tire slippage. I dont see any other pipe that rises as fast and maintains max tq as long. I've spent hours pouring over American Sport Bikes charts. Anyone who knows, knows you cant compare dyno NUMBERS from different dynos, the best you can do is compare the curves.
HP is a straight shot all the way to Max at the limiter.
I'm a little bias on my opinion, obviously, But I know a little bit about dynamic airflow. I like it, it feels stronger and has no flat spots. I cant wait till I can get some fuel to it...

I wouldn't trust the A/F values at all. If it runs that good and doesn't ping, it's good to go.

Here's a compressed version of the plot...

I agree somewhat but my snow white plugs do tell a story of whats going on inside the cylinders. It is running lean, with the open airbox and the open pipe, it was too much. I have about 150 miles on the plugs since I closed the airbox off, I'll pull them tonight or tomorrow and take a look.

It's kind of hard to "read" plugs with fuel injection, but I guess you can get an idea.
Closing off your air box, I'll bet has helped a little bit.
You mentioned the Remus Fueler, if you try it, I'll be interested on how it goes. So far I've heard only good things about it, and I doubt Trojan would endorse anything that didn't work as promised.
I want one.

I'd love to try the Remus, just WAY short on cash. I'm beginning to think maybe I should put a hold on anything but work and back on my bike for now...6 kids at home and one in college WILL do that

Al at American Sport Bike can hook you up!

The bounces in the line are due to the fact the operator couldn't keep the tire planted, the small dips and peaks are tire slippage.

I've had similar problems only to find out that my rear tire was not balanced.

I wouldn't trust the A/F values at all. If it runs that good and doesn't ping, it's good to go.

Blake - I have to disagree with you. I originally ran my D&D with the Buell race ECM and it ran like crap compared to the DirectLink map that I helped Al develop. You may remember that I even replaced the intake manifold seals only to find that didn't help anything. My bike never pinged once.

With the proper fueling, my bike runs much more smoothly with no flat spots through the midrange.

Keith

ok, just thought I would chime in here. Modified can on the CityX to cut the stock muffler in half for better ground clearance. No dyno numbers, but it does get me over the taller hoopdees. Another fun mod brought to you by beer, loud music, tools, garage and the skills of Dann-o (Ulyssesguy) and yes it is loud as $hi@t.
