Tony, MAJOR bummer my friend! REally glad to hear your OK. Don't sign ANYTHING until you talk to a lawyer. There could be damage you don't know about (on you...). I'll try to give you a call later today. Coach |

Thanks everybody for the well wishes. As for lawyering up I did that back in April when I got married As for MJ I just don't know. I want to go out to the garage and start rippin her apart but another part of me, probably the meds, says sit down and take a breather. So I am playing it all by ear now. Monday I am making an apointment with my Doc to go over all the soreness and other BS I can think of over the rest of the weekend LOL |

Thanks again everybody, Took the tail off today, that is cracked t' hell but the good news is the sub frame looks straight except the bar that the tail and tail light mout bolts too is bent and one of the welds is developing a crack. I will either replace or straighten and re-weld. I am taking the frame off completly to inspect the swing arm, swing arm mounting block and over all straightness of the frame. Ugg. Years to build and tweek 1 second to destroy Anyone have a pic of how the Uly tail light is mounted and powered? |

Man that sucks! I just spent four days riding where helmets are an accessory. It is great to hear that you fudddded a helmet. So much better than the optional hair spray is as much cover as it gets. They are right about the 1125r. It would look so cool in Spidey trim! This wreck could always be lovingly restored later. |

I feel your pain Spidey... the one time I've been hit was by an old dude at a stop light. Luckily mine was really slow speed... pushed me maybe 5 feet, just enough to topple me and bang everything up. Glad you're okay, and I hope dude's insurance is more cooperative than the one I had to deal with. Lesson for the day: old people are dangerous! Lesson for the day: old people are dangerous! I went to Kroger yesterday for some base for a soup I wanted to make for dinner, and watched this little old blue hair trying to pull into the very first handicapped space. Not only is it the very first one, so she didn't have to deal with cars on both sides, but of course it's got those wheelchair access areas on each side so it's twice the width of a normal spot. She almost hit the car in the next space THREE TIMES, each time back up and turning the wheel perhaps an inch before trying again, and then ran right into the concrete surrounding the post for the handicapped sign, hard enough to buckle her front bumper in. I laughed my ass off, but at the same time that kind of crap scares the living shit out of me. ...we need to make old people take road tests, no matter how un-politically correct it is. |

I laughed my ass off, but at the same time that kind of crap scares the living shit out of me. I am surprised you didn't offer to park her car for her. Could have saved some damage to two cars (or more) and perhaps personal injury. I agree with you 100%, an eye test and driving test should be given to the elderly, but how does the state determine what age to start. Some young seniors are worse the some the oldsters. -=shrugs=- I park in the back of the lot - my legs work fine. I watched this as I was walking towards the store and she'd finished, such as it was, by the time I got there. ...I'm not sure how well an elderly lady would take a 20-something asking if she needed help parking, no matter how politely I phrased it. LOL |

no matter how politely I phrased it. LOL "And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee." |
