Why? Wikipedia is a blog. There are thousands of people updating, censoring, and lying on it every hour. Pages on political stuff are constantly changing. Politicians pay minions ( some work for free ) to have their sins erased and praises sung. It's a group effort, and very biased. That's not speculation. I've watched pages change day to day as activists erase history and seek to shape opinion. Ditto the Fake News business. The vast majority of "news" you see is people repeating the same reports from agencies and adding their spin or removing news they don't like. And more than half the "news" from overseas goes through a cluster of companies "based" in England, but owned by Arabs. Everyone, ABC, Fox, CNN, etc. All use UPI and other outlets for the bulk of not all of their "reporting". Actual journalists are rare. Reporters cost money! Much cheaper and easier to subscribe to AP. So your TV news cycle is getting it's news just as fast as you, or the folk editing Wikipedia can. You can get the same stories, even push feed to your phone. I think you need to pay to get the entire AP or UPI or BBC feed, but selected stories are "free" to watch in near real time. Keep in mind one of the most powerful tools of editors is to choose what not to tell you. | ||

I can't swear that "Pizzagate" story is correct, ( I suspect it is ) but the undeclared, unauthorized, war on Libya was, according to Obama, so Hillary and Rice could have Hawk cred for her campaign.
