So I got confirmation the sale happened. No firm info on exactly who it was, but this got posted to Erik's fb page. Not wanting to start rumors, just looking for clarification/confirmation on who the buyer is. US based company possibly?

I noticed that about Bruce too.... Weird that he is listed as the singular owner of a electrics/lighting company..... But doing security at concerts on the side?  Eitherway, I hope this is a legit attempt to get EBR back up and running in a good direction. Atlantic Metal "group" doesnt really bring anything up. But, it does bring up Atlantic Metals in CT that specialized in exotic metals and manufacturing. | ||

Also, the Family name Belfer is tied to oil, and at one point Enron. Belfer made a ton of money off a sale of an oil company in 83 and distributed the $$$ among the family. Perhaps its the same Belfers? The above info is pulled from a WSJ article talking about Belfers losing $$$ w/ the collapse of Enron | ||
