You already got it. The prize is riding a motorcycle to work instead of being stuck in a cage.

From theRide To Work site:

I have ridden my motorcycle to work today because:
Riding to work is fun
Riding to work reduces traffic and parking congestion
Riding to work uses less fuel than an automobile
Riding to work leaves me alert and energized
Riding to work results in less pollution than commuting in
a larger vehicle
Riding to work is less destructive to road surfaces, bridges, etc.
Riding to work gets me to work (and back home) faster
Riding to work demonstrates motorcycling as a social good

This morning on my way to the office, I saw the westbound LIE HOV lane absolutely PACKED with wave after wave of motorcycles heading towards the city. Does my heart proud! Of course, on the eastbound side (where I was), I was the only bike I saw... but that's fine. I can't remember when I've seen so many bikes on the road for "Ride to Work Day." Wonderful!!

I have made this an annual tradition. Just hand out the "ride to work day" flyer to coworker riders and we normally get a good turnout. We take an extended lunch and do the scenic ride to Tehachapi, lunch at Red House Restaurant (yeah, I had the beef brisket sandwich). Good representation, an FJR, an FZ8, Ducati Monster, Triumph Sprint and a Uly. Then the sad reality, we really had to return to work. It was a nice diversion.

We all arrive and leave at different times. I decided to leave a little earlier than usual and took a ride with one other rider (never rode with him before) to Sweet Mama's in Northport, NY. Since neither one of us felt it would be appropriate to stop for a beer while we were riding, we opted for coffee and dessert instead.

I had the blueberry pie a la mode, and he had the rice pudding. Both EXCELLENT choices. Work to Ride, Ride to Eat!

I rode in yesterday, but riding into work has, thankfully, been more of a norm for me this season.

A few years ago I bought a house a mere 1.5 miles from my office. Combined with my ability to work from home pretty much whenever it pleases me, I would be lucky to get 1 or 2 days where I took the bike in.

It took me nearly three years to figure out that I don't have to take direct route, and I've been making a 5-10 mile loop each time ride in and again when I ride home. And if I have the bike with me, I'm much more likely to take a little rip somewhere off-site for lunch.

It's been nice and it gives me an excuse to try out some of the lesser-known-to-me roads in my immediate area. Some suck, some are way short, but there have been a couple winners that I didn't know of before.

I've also gotten into the habit of switching the bike and the car in garage (I have a very deep 1-car garage) which allows me to get the bike out without first having to back the car out. The effect is two-fold: The bike is much easier to get and so I'm more likely to take it, and the car is much harder to get out so I'm less likely to take it. If the weather forecast is favorable for more than 3 days, this how I do it.

I'm lucky enough to be living, more or less, in the foothills of 4 mountain ranges, so finding a good twisty road isn't too much of a hassle.
