He should put the rear tire closer to the center of the bike, like a bus. It would steer lighter.

lol, when we had a couple jfs100 turbines laying around that we were using to build bikes and stuff we kept looking for cheap rascal to put on in. oh ya. never did go ahead with it though.

I don't see how those wimpy forks can support the load, especially at that rake.

And I REALLY don't see it lugging 25 people around with a mere 250cc (125cc x 2... I'm assuming both scooters still have an engine).
