Met Froggy and a couple other nice guys, ate some lunch, saw Glitch walk outside, and by the time I got back out there he was gone... Day late, and a dollar short I guess. No biggy, the sandwich was good, and Froggy's a cool cat. | ||

Made it back home safe and sound. Many thanks goes out the Ulywife for taking care of all the details at C3 Central. As always, it was an honor to hang with you guys. Friday got off to a rough start with a couple of get offs, but we all managed to keep 'em between the ditches the rest of the weekend. | ||

WOO-HOO!!! What a great time! Way too short as usual, kept wishing I had a week with all you maniacs... Just got back home, pulled off the gear, pet the dogs, hugged my honey, and got me a cold one. Rode up home most of the way with Rat, Frogs, Etenny- always love GA60/TN68, then TN360- all twisty! It was really good to see all you peeps in person, wish I could have ridden with more folks... Gotta decompress, will be reminiscing for the rest of the day... | ||

Left TWO at 0814 Landed in my drive way at 1617 8 hours 3 mins from TWO to Columbus via the Dragon and a detour around Cincy.... not bad if ya ask me. I had a great time. It was fun rolling into Verns place!.... he had a few choice words for me.... LOL Good riding, good food.... GREAT people! | ||

@ home and starting to go into my annual post-buelltober depression phase. Great folks/roads/WX/bikes/grub. I got to hang and ride with old friends and new ones. Thanks to everyone for a great weekend! Special thanks to Ulywife.  My only regret is not getting to ride with everyone, and not taking a picture of me and no_rice at the Butt Dairy. | ||

I got to see a lot of you but not nearly as many as I hoped to. We stayed at Copperhead Lodge this year so it was kind of hard to hook up with the main crowd. I rode by TWO at about 5 this afternoon- man, it was pretty deserted. One BMW, one old Harley dresser, a Speed Triple, and my Uly. Sad to see all the Buells gone. The weather was awesome this afternoon- it finally made it into the 70's. We took a new tact this year- we decided to stay up here for the week after Buelltoberfest for vacation. Hopefully I'm in for some really good riding the next few days. See y'all in March! | ||

I left a little bit after 1200 hrs and got home around 2030 hrs. Will unpack tommorrow. Was great to see old friends and meet new ones!! I appologize for scrapping my Friday "planned" Cherohala/ Dragon run. I decided to stay local so I could have a better chance to meet up with all who showed up! But, twist my arm hard enough and I just may lead a ride that way in March or next Buelltober Fest!! | ||

I got released from the hospital in Dahlonega around 2pm today. Turns out that 3 major bones in my right wrist are broken and a tendon is torn. The next few weeks are gonna be interesting. | ||

Well, *almost* made it home. Rear tire picked something up last night, went flat on I-81 in Bristol VA around 9pm. Pulled off at a ramp, plugged and reinflated it, and got a room. Gonna see what *cheap* tire they might have at the metric shop here in town when they open @ 9am. It only has to last 400 miles! Worst case...I see how far I can push a bald skin with a plug in it  better to do that during the daytime though...I have pics I took of the parking lot surgery but don't think the blackberry will post 'em, so that'll have to wait till tonight. And, for the mental note file...do NOT use your saddlebag handle to try and pick up a Uly on its side. You'll break the latch. DAMHIK  Great time at BTF, and as always a great group. Nice catching up with old friends and making new ones. And of course, *awesome* riding! | ||

Left TWO at around 10. Took 129N through the Dragon where I got a nice souvenir from the friendly Tennessee Trooper... Got on 81N in Knoxville and started to blast home. Started going crazy around Roanoke and popped off onto the Blue Ridge Parkway until it got dark, then it was back to 81. 650 miles and 12 and a half hours. Somehow managed 62 mpg. | ||

What a great weekend! It was good to see old friends and meet new ones! Glitch and I had an "executive meeting" before leaving...dates for next year already set! Put your vacation request in now for Buelltoberfest V, Friday, October 14 - Sunday, October 16, 2011! Hope everyone had fun and is getting home safe and sound.
