Not to rain on anyones parade here, but they're selling used Torca exhaust clamps
for $19 - Brand new they're $7.15
http://www.verociousmotorsports.com/Shop-by-Brand/ Torca/AccuSeal-Stainless-Steel-Exhaust-Clamp

And here's a real winner - used muffler straps...

But the best part is over half of what they're selling is out of stock.

So they're sellin' stuff that's expensive, dangerous and out of stock ... there's a business model for ya.

.

I had to google it to figure out what a buellster is, and it looks like they specialize in selling used stuff off wrecked bikes for more than brand new retail.

Know what you are getting before you order.

Ouch. Trying to cash in early on Buell's discontinuation, eh?

I got a brand-new-in-box R fairing stay that I just gotta' hang on to for 6.5 more years, then KA-CHING! $$$$$$

It was a pleasure taking care of you Justun!

Thanks for the heads up on the exhaust clamp. I'll make the adjustment tonight.

No, the government isn't running it. I am, along with my partner Allan. We are two Buell owners that have satisfied the needs of over 500 customers. Its a shame Buell is out of business. You could only image how it rocked our boat!

BTW, drinks are on us one night during bike week in Daytona. (excluding all those mean people above)

I'm currently accumulating parts for a non-Buell 'special' build

currently searchin for particular wheels - nothing exotic, just very specific, year- & model-wise

so, there're 4 F assemblies on eBay today -the "Pay It Now" demands range from $125 to $250, for the exact same assy !

since I'm thrifty & believe it's a buyer's world out there, I'll wait & watch......

I do happen to need a headlight assembly listed, but I am not paying $10 over new retail for what is most likely an obsolete and inferior version, not to mention its a used part. : )

Some stuff listed seems fair priced, but most of what I need for my rebuild I would be better off buying new.

i know, i got to looking through there, and and ebay many times before. it got me thinking again, wow if i had less morals id start buying new parts here from work at my price. throwing them on ebay as used and turn a greater profit then selling them here at work.

after all these years im still amazed that almost no one checks the new price before they buy something used. "if its used it must be a deal"

and some things you just shouldnt buy used. like the straps holding on your exhaust on a buell....
