why does it just keep running. I beat the crap out of it do a million dyno runs. wreck it and 3 track days and put 15k miles on it. and all it has ask of me is to maintain it with oil changes and tires.
POS I wanted to work on it all the time and fix leaks and wierd electrical crap. I didn't really want to ride it at all. But it seems the more I give it , it just keeps going.
Damn it!!!!
I wanted to have a buell so I could post on the internet all day and night about what a POS it is and now I don't get to do that.

What am I doing wrong, I want to worry about nothing and at the slightest twitch I want to come on here and bitch. Because I know it must be the bike because everyroad is perfect and the wind never blows so if there is a twitch it must be because all that radical geometry is just wrong.
I dream of owning a cooky cutter sportbike just like all my friends have. Because they always pick on me and tell me how slow the buell is and how uncool I am to riding it.But since I ride it so much and it won't break I have actually come to believe its a great bike. Damn it!!!!
when I am helping my friends out in their garages with their jap bikes and mine sits there because it don't need me. I feel left out of the gang an outcast if you will. God I want to belong so bad I can taste it!!!
oh well I guess I'll just keep being the lonely freak on my buell.

oh yeah and by the way just ride your bikes and quit freakin worring about them. and if you have that much time on your hands you obviously are doing something wrong. find a girlfriend or boyfriend, get a dog talk to your spouse but most all quit worring and everytime something goes a lil goofy don't knee jerk yourself into a reaction that has absolutely no substance.

now as usual

Get on your bad motorscooter and ride

bubba i have a colt officers model, same deal carried for14 years, shoot it all the time, hot handloads, factory hollow points, old ww2 gi ammo, just anything .45acp. it digests it all.it carries the ammo in the aluminum frame, radical 3.5 inch barrel. damn thing should have cracked the frame by now. its a series 80, so it should be a piece of crap, and of course we all know a series 80 colt jams all the time. i want to send it off to get repair by the expert smiths, but the damn thing JUST KEEPS SHOOOTIN'. and all my buddies with glocks tease me all the time.

oh the indignity..... boo friggin hoo. in other news the fullpower race team is kicking ass this year. we are the points leader. i have won first place in 4 of the six main heats. and my son is unbeaten in the kids races. i had one DNF last sunday, was leading the pack, and stuffed myself in the berm(no help required). but won the main 15 lap race. so still out front.
lake has 20 inches of ice, so we could have a decent season. a little off topic, sorry. i have to go thaw my brain now.....dean

Fullpower - Hell, I've got a 1911 that my father-in-law caried from Normandy to Austria in the big one. That thing shoots no matter what I put in it - even my shitty handloads. So what if it rattles like a can full of stones when I shake it.

Hmmmm.. Let's see.. I have something that can help you out there Bubba... First, try removing one spark plug wire.. then ride it.. Also, I suggest you randomly twist those nut/slot thingys at the top of the forks, this will help the ride feel worse, so you can bitch about it online.. If all else fails.. I have access to 12G AP rounds.. They do wonders for engines.. Trust me on that..

I hope some of this helps, 'cause with all the snow/sleet/ice that's caked around here.. riding is only a fond dream for me right now..

Later.

...and if you get bored with that, try the "oil in the frame; gas in the swingarm" trick.

Man you guys are a friggin hoot. I am laughing my butt off. Ya see we got hit with that nice Ice storm and stuff and so its what you would call rather slow around here. So I am at work and I got to thinking about how it feels to live in a winter wonderland like I used to.
Man It makes me crazy and I got to thinking how in the winter we have too much time to think about to much stuff.
so I had myself a little fun was all I was doing.

daveS
oh man thanks for saving my job....I'll talk to you when ya get back to the frozen tundra ....Know as Iowa...

Dyna
a shine induced coma ain't always that bad....

Crack a egg and put it in the tank.If its like a car it will run till that slime gets to fuel pump and then stall.Soon as it dies then it will drop away from the pump and run again for awhile.I seen this happen at Toyota dealer that a friend worked at.It took them days to figure that out.Funny thing is the egg doesn't dissolve in the gas.
