Ok, I've researched denoiding and now that I know, its outta there tomorrow, however, as I've mentioned, got over 20k, of hard riding, one thing I know is that my riding style has not changed. I guess I'm more of a 2d gear guy, which leads me back to fuel pump.

Try removing the PC3. If you're having fueling issues, that could certainly cause it.

PC 3 ,did not know they made one for an 1125. PC 5 yes and they work well if O2 sensors are disconnected.
Dan is correct in that an AFV of 135 means the ecm is trying to richen it up, but 35% is way too much to attribute to just a pipe change.

If the O2 sensors are disconnected, why/how would the AFV change?

Have you tried seeing how it runs with the PC5 removed and the O2 sensors reattached?

I'm no expert by any means, however, I've made some inquires and from what I gather, pc5's don't fail very often, its been in place for over 11k, with no issues, It's got good connections, bike runs good, in fact, it runs great, until the moment it has an episode. Has anyone ever seen a pc5 fail, or more importantly,Fluctuate ?

Just pull the cable leave the noid in it, the ecm won't know the difference.

Waiting. Everything is back to stock configuration. AFV's are 128/129. I'm waiting for my wife to send my laptop (will be here today) and I'm going to start data logging with Tunerpro RT. I'm hoping this will shed some light on where the problem is.

Begged. Pleaded.

Hooked it up to Tunerpro RT today. I lucked out and had Dean Adams and Mike Cobb on a remote program setting it up and making a few changes all while schooling me. They said my numbers don't look that bad but there's still something wrong somewhere. AFV's are 134/136 right now. As mentioned earlier it's back to stock configuration. I think that a air leak of some kind is unlikely due to the numbers being so close together. Both cylinders are obviously getting too much air. Now we're thinking o2 sensors possibly. I'll change the front sensor this week and see (pray) that it makes a difference.

One easy test to try when you get the ecm back is to just unplug the O2 sensors, front and rear, run the bike with the race ecm and exhaust. If it runs good, plug in the sensors and see what it does. If it immediately runs crappy, then the sensors are very suspect. That would save you from buying extra parts unless needed.

Last night was informative to say the least. I need to start playing with the data logging, it's pretty simple once you get to see how it's done. I can see why guys prefer FI over a carb any day. No jets to change, it's just a number to plug into a program and it's done. Now that I have another bike to mess with, it's almost mandatory to start doing this.

Rogue,
Did you by chance save off a log file? If so send to me and I'll compare the obvious stuff against a few of my log files. Log files should have an .xdl file extension.

Yes there's a log file from it, but the bike was not warmed up, just in the garage.

I just got off the phone with my Harley shop. ITs in the shop for the TPS not reading 100%, and they wont do anything unless I have 1.5 hours of Diagnostic time in addition to the Extended warranty fee I already paid. I was like- that.

My issue- TPS does not read 2-100. it reads 2-85. or 2-67 depending on the pull.

I need to call Extended warranty. Gah. I could fix this myself but I need to drive 2+ hours up there just to pick the damn bike up

Hey everyone, just a little update on my girl, I performed the denoiding, took her out for a test run, basically just put back together, and fired up, after 3 mi., of normal, ( hard ) riding, she stalled again, this forced me to do a tps reset, which I've should have before taking off. after that , things seemed to improve. ran her through various paces, urban, freeway, couple of triple digits, she ran pretty dam good. Couple of more test runs, and I'll know more.

I hope you found the right pieces to the puzzle and she runs great for a long, long time. Good luck and happy ridding!

Rogue,
Have you figured out the problem yet? I have been having very similar problems with my bike. My setup is an RT-3 with an EBR ECM. I checked for all sources of leaks and couldn't find any. My plugs showed a very lean condition though. I ended swapping back to the stock ECM and my bike ran like a dream. AFVs were 122 front and 116 rear after a long ride. It does have the quiet core so mine would have a little more back pressure. I wouldn't rule out the ECM because after a lot of checking and diagnosing I think mine took a crap. It was like someone flipped a switch on it during a startup and told it to run too lean, dangerously lean. I'm going to be emailing EBR to see what they think.

Funny since they run lean from the factory. The Race ECU should increase fueling, thus making it run less lean
