The online manuals are gone, the links to which were on this website. Does anyone have a PDF or other source for manuals??

The way you IMPROVISE around this problem is to have those that were smart enough to buy the FACTORY SERVICE MANUAL and PARTS BOOK for their YEAR/MODEL BUELL, E-MAIL the TOPIC PAGES you need !!!

"i" have the SETS for a 1997 S3/S3T, 1999 S3/S3T, and 2000 BLAST and will be glad to help anyone that needs help ...

There are some unsearchable PDFs floating around the net.

American Sportbike has authentic dead tree editions. Even your H-D(spit) dealer can order one for you. Best money you'll ever spend.

That's messed up!

Could we bug the folks at HD customer service and remind them that they still are obligated to provide after sales service and support to their Buell customers?

Maybe remind them that you are an active member of the largest Buell forum on the internet and they can either show they support us or not, and this might well affect how HD is seen by many many enthusiasts.

Plus, how much can it cost them to keep PDF files on a server somewhere? Did they move it? On the Buell website HD implies they will continue to provide support, so let's hold them to it.

We never got much support from HD anyway, but that was before your time. Asking them to keep info on a website available and up to date would be way, way beyond what they've ever cared to do.
Sorry, Kauai. We have been shut up in the attic far from public view. They want to deny our existence and soon we be walled up in a basement somewhere in hopes we are never seen again.
HD would rather forget the whole thing. They're back to picking on Sportster riders for buying a "girls bike".
