Thats ballsy. Why would anyone want a Blast Kerker can?
Most any Harley muffler should fit too, stock or aftermarket.

Ballsy?! Anybody who's strong enough to pull the can off the end of the header quickly & quietly probably doesn't have too much to worry about! It takes me 5 or 10 min. to work the outer shell of the can loose from the inner core, and 20 to 30 min. to get the core off the pipe! ...and that's in the comfort of my own garage, and AFTER removing the pipe & can together from the bike - The guy must've been built like Brock Sampson!

...or maybe I don't need to tighten the front clamp so tight?

Anyway, the can itself seems pretty decent - instead of having a separate piece at the front that's riveted or screwed on, the "swage" part is the front of the outer can. The piece at the back is cast aluminum, not stamped steel, so it can be drilled & tapped to attach supertrapp discs. I used 3", but it looks like 4" would've worked.

Replacement can options? Some are 1-7/8" inlet, but IIRC, there are more to choose from if you go with 2". Auto parts stores sell exhaust pipe (couplings? reducers? adapters?) in various sizes - you'd need a piece 1-3/4" ID X 2" OD for a can with 2" inlet, or 1-3/4" ID X 1-7/8" OD for a can with 1-7/8" inlet.

1-3/4" ID should be the same as 1-7/8" OD, and
1-7/8" OD should be the same as 2" ID, and
2" OD should be the same as 2-1/8" ID.

These are the brushed stainless ones I liked - IIRC, they have a glass-pack core and 4" discs:

There are also some black ones, polished stainless, and I think some aluminum ones - they're listed under "universal", not "motorcycle". I figured that if I cut the header off right at the branch and used a 6" or 8" long 2" piece, then the 2" inlet X 17" long can would work. The extra length of 2" was needed to put the fat part of the can back behind the low-hanging part of the crankcase. Also, I think the adapter/extension piece would need to be welded on, since the branch looked too close behind the hanger tabs for a clamp.

I used the original Kerker can (1-3/4" inlet X 14" long) and cut off the right side pipe even with the end of the left side pipe, put the can where the resonance tube used to be, and used an expansion type automotive freeze plug to seal the left side branch... of course, it would be unlawful to operate the bike on a public road with that plug removed, or with a butterfly type exhaust "cutout" valve, which might be similar in size to a throttle body. So don't even think about it. I haven't.
