Just got back from the Bub's LSR event and set two new 650cc records. I made four runs with only one below 125 mph. In 650cc MPS-PG we did 110 down and 128 back for a new 119 record. Went back and changed classes; lowered the gearing, used Fireman Jim's front fender, taped all the body seams and my leathers, then turned the rev limiter up to 7500. I did 125 down and 135 back not a very strong 130 record. So we are now proud to brag we have the worlds fastest Blast. At 7500 we are topping 70 RWHP, I think it will do 150 with some work and I have a full year. ... Thanks for all the support. ... Buell Dyno Guy Terry. ... I am not too sure how to post links, but Fireman Jim has a picture posted in the Racing LSR Forum.

Terry - if you check both the main Thumper page and the picture section you will see 3 pics of you! We are all very proud of the giant killer you have built! So the motor survived the runs ok? How bout a 4" cyl, with the 12 stroke - Brian's just chomping to do that puppy! Several Blastards - myself included would love closeups of the frame - we all want LSR Blasts - lol - great job Terry!

Thanks and I will do some pics and text when I take it down. The frame was easy, but a lot of work, just take one Sawzall leave the shock mount and cut everything else off the rear down tube. Janes Banke did the swing arm and sub frame. ... Thanks again for all the support. ... Terry

Congrats Terry!
Thanks for sharing all this with us and it really helps keep Badwed the place I love
and promotes 'higher level' Blasting.

I agree. It sure is great to see people sharing their Buell adventures here on BadWeB with no agenda other than to share their fun and experiences with the rest of us. Terry is that kind of BadWeBr and I sure do appreciate him for it. : )

Terry,
You can right click on the tiny icon above the poster's name in the left column, then select "Copy Shortcut" and paste that into your post and there you will have it. For a link to Jim's post in the Racing - LSR thread you'd do that and post up the following:
