Here is a link to a good review of 2006 bikes. No Buells, but plenty of Buell influence if one looks carefully.

Tell you what, I read an article on the wraith, wow. And that isn't the best view of it. To all the carbon fiber guys, this is your bike. It's like form and function had an all night romp in the hay. I think they are supposed to release them on Halloween or something. Around $40k I think. If I didn't need somewhere to live, I'd sell my house for one.

that RC8 venom looks excelent, almost like KTM had been reading badweb during the S1 time frame (and listened to the gripes presented). i want one, it looks like a watercooled s1 (with only about 20 extra HP on tap)!

My wife was just down in NO and stopped by the CM factory. She came away quite impressed. Nice folks, very friendly. Wife and her girl friend were actually offered demo rides on a Hellcat...if only they'd been wearing boots instead of Birkenstocks!! Got to see bikes in various states of assembly. From what I could gather, she actually got seat time on a Hellcat waiting for pick-up and a Wraith in assembly. Does she utilize the 'picture' feature on her cellular? NO! Fortunately, her girl friend had presence of mind to work her digital camera and record the days events!!!

From what I've seen of the Wraith, it's a fine piece of machinery but I have some complaints...like, the plumbing for the carbs is distracting; should be FI. But what the hey, I'm not the one forking over the big $$.

I've already scheduled vacation for 10/31/05...20 Wraiths parading through NO is just too much to miss!
