Ferris,
When you were thinking of selling a while back I wanted the Thong. I wasn't ready to buy at that time but was looking and wanted it bad. Looking back now, I am very glad you decided to keep her. The Thong belongs with you! Beautiful bike, hope you find that flyscreen, I'll be looking now too.

The black frame tells me ALOT. I'll bet I could almost nail the day and for whom that bike was built. Remind me sometime....I'll bet I can GUESS your VIN.

Court, consider this your Thursday reminder. : )

I also have an Orange White Lightning with a black frame. But I have the PMs. With the Orange, the chrome wheels just do it for me.

Ferris, I don't have the frame number right now, but they could be twins, no?

I saw Timbo's S1W (with a small tank) at Glendale today....suweet bike. Orange and nuke blue S1Ws are my second favorite bike...(2nd only to Black/Nuke blue S1W's), and Timbo's is about as fine an example as you're gonna find.

Great score, Timbo.

Andy,
Just remember, she was yours during her prime years. Sure is great to see you posting again. I still remember that message you left on my machine when I was in NJ. Made me feel all special and stuff.

Blake,
I couldn't have said it better myself! The best thing I ever did was exchange my 1962 model for a 1978 one!!

Blake,

Although I have no memory of that message, you're welcome.

As for "her prime years," she hasn't changed one bit. She still has those great legs and that beautiful face.
