Gee Guys, Go ride something. Now for a funny - for those John Cleese fans. AXIS OF EVIL WANNABEES by John Cleese Bitter after being snubbed for membership in the "Axis of Evil", Libya, China and Syria today announced that they had formed the "Axis of Just as Evil", which they said would be more evil than that stupid Iran-Iraq-North Korea axis President Bush warned of in his State of the Union address. Axis of Evil members, however, immediately dismissed the new Axis as having, for starters, a really dumb name. "Right. They are just as evil...in their dreams!" declared North Korean leader Kim Jong-il. "Everybody knows we're the best evils...best at being evil...we're the best." Diplomats from Syria denied they were jealous over being excluded, although they conceded they did ask if they could join the Axis of Evil. "They told us it was full," said Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. "An axis can't have more than three countries," explained Iraqui President Saddam Hussein. "This is not my rule, it's tradition. In World War II you had Germany, Italy and Japan in the evil Axis. So, you can only have three, and a secret handshake. Ours is wickedly cool." International reaction to Bush's Axis of Evil declaration was swift, as within minutes, France surrendered. Elsewhere, peer-conscious nations rushed to gain trimvirate status in what has become a game of geopolitical chairs. Cuba, Sudan and Serbia announced that they had formed the "Axis of Somewhat Evil", forcing Somalia to join with Uganda and Myanmar in the "Axis of Occasionally Evil", while Bulgaria, Indonesia and Russia established the "Axis of Not So Much Evil Really as Generally Disagreeable". With the criteria suddenly expanded and all the desirable clubs filling up, Sierra Leone, El Salvador and Rwanda applied to be called the "Axis of Countries That Aren't the Worst But Certainly Won't Be Asked to Host the Olympics." Canada, Mexico and Australia formed the "Axis of Nations That Are Actually Quite Nice But Secretly Have Some Nasty Thoughts About America", while Scotland, New Zealand and Spain established the "Axis of Countries That Want Sheep to Wear Lipstick". "That's not a threat, really, just something we like to do", said Scottish Executive First Minister Jack McConnell. While wondering if the other nations of the world weren't perhaps making fun of him, a cautious Bush granted approval for most axes, although he rejected the establishment of the "Axis of Countries Whose Names End in 'Guay'", accusing one of its members of filing a false application. Officials from Paraguay, Uraguay and Chadguay denied the charges. Israel, meanwhile, insisted it didn't want to join any Axis, but privately world leaders said that's only because no one asked them. |

I'm thankful for the warm weather here in Yuma. CURRENT CONDITIONS Yuma, AZ Updated 3:12 AM MST Clear Temp: 67 F (19 C) FORECASTS Wednesday Hi: 91 F | Lo: 63 F Thursday Hi: 81 F | Lo: 57 F Friday Hi: 79 F | Lo: 55 F Saturday Hi: 83 F | Lo: 57 F Sunday Hi: 83 F | Lo: 59 F But damn, I'm jealous of everyone else who has nice roads, twisties and beautiful scenery to ride and enjoy. Nothing but flat roads and long straightaways here, with a few occasional curves. That and you have to be careful at times due to sand being blown on the roads and building up in some spots, I'm just not used to it, I've been off a bike for over 10 years and already caught some of these sand drifts on the roads when turning and almost lost it. When my back end slides that's one thing, but when my front end starts slipping that's another. Hell, I'd rather ride in rain. Ahh, just bitchin because I'm tired of sand. Bet our boys and girls in Iraq are sick of it too. (I think I'll shut up now) |

Wow, I just can't imagine Sand Drifts on the roads. Up here we get snow drifts up to 10 feet high at times but they eventually melt. Too bad we can't combine your weather with our roads. Now that would be paradise. Today its going to a balmy 40 fahrenheit, but at least its not a dry heat. |

It looks like it might rain right now and it is in the 30's. So much for getting the bike on Saturday. I am going to shoot for April 5th I think come hell or high water. Char |

Yeah, I'm thankful I can ride year round, just bitchin because of a bad day. I think It would be a nightmare for me If I had to deal with all the snow you get Newfie, although I do miss snow. Last time I had a bike was over ten years ago in Irvine, CA. Beautiful riding weather basically year round, had mountains with twisties right near me to go riding in. God I miss that. Couple more years here then I can hopefully move back to North Carolina or maybe Georgia. |

Yeah, But you don't have this to contend with!!!!! I just had to ride, I could hear the S1 calling out to me from the garage. Think I'll take it into the Harley Retailer for the Thunderstorm Job now. By the time its ready the snow will be gone. I figure a couple of weeks for the total job - order parts and so on. |

It's been warm lately so I've been trying hard to get rid of the flat spot in my rear tire...and I've worn out my front in the process. Damnit. Today this guy was cursin' up a storm at me 'cause I got in front of him, blocking him as he flew through traffic. So, after I let him pass to avoid being ran over I blasted past the asshole WOT. You wanna drive like an asshole you have to deal with assholes...I didn't see him behind me again |

Newfie, You have all but disappeared today. I hope you are home taking a nice comfy nap and getting rid of your headache. This is the BITCH page. Otherwise known as the B page on other parts of the site. I think everyone is getting sick of our blabberings elsewhere. Spidey, Your secret is still safe with me. I mean, er um, oops, I shouldn't have typed that should I have. Ut Oh... I am in trouble now I better sign off here soon. WE have a forecast of FREEZING RAIN here. Not like I really give a rat's ass about freezing rain or anything but I was going to get the bike tomorrow and now it is looking like Saturday, but that is still in time for our next BRAG meeting on the 13th. Bye Char |
