I couldn't resist any longer. I assume eventually Buell will release their own, official patches but I wanted them right now. They aren't of the highest quality. I would rate them a 6 out 10 as far workmanship goes. Lots of loose threads. Would have been happier with better detail. They were cheap though, so the price makes its all just about OK. I had them made at a local leather shop and then put them on my new Fieldsheer corsair jacket. The Corsair if you are wondering, is spectacular. Very form fitting, with a LOT of stretch. I'm surprised this new carboflex material isn't taking the textile market by storm..... Anyway, on with the pics.

I have a few extra patches. I wont be selling them since they are Turkish bootleg but I figure I could do one of the traditional Badweb "guess the location and win the item" contest.

So first person to tell me where this picture was taken (city and country) gets 2 free patches!!

Froggy, that appears to be the same set of columns as confirmed by my picture from the same vantage point (notice the green Buell shirt worn by fellow badweber ar_hillbuelly), and even though the album title I saved the pics under (and the city where the trip originated from) is Alanya.... the ruins are in a different city.

Another pic might help....

Cool . .. I was doing the same thing with posters and embroidered shirts . . . . I'd love getting one.

I wanted to do a shirt with the new logo on the pocket and the ENGINEERED IN EAST TROY, WI USA on the back.

Very nice.

The Corsair is a pretty sweet jacket. Just picked one up for my wife, and it seems very well built. Been thinking about getting one for myself too. There are some very good deals to be had right now on Fieldsheer gear.

Damn. I figured it was in Turkey based on your location, so I googled for ruins in Turkey and found that picture, it said it was in Alanya. I fail at life. : (
