The horn does not work. It measures 0 Ohms resistance across the two connectors (connectors off). Does that sound like a dead horn? Internal short maybe?

And shouldn't I see 12V on the two connectors if I push the switch with the ignition on? I don't, I wondering if I have bad switch or relay.

My service manual won't get here until next week...

Thanks!

Thanks for the eBay link.

I tested my horn with a 9V battery and it makes a little noise. But I get nothing when I press the switch. I'm going to trouble shoot the switch and wiring now as I now think the horn is okay.

I was sort of getting ready for better weather (I'm in Maine) and waiting for my service manual. Its hard to be patient!

Lifted the tank, reseated the connector at the front right side, and the horn worked. Damn! That might be the loudest stock motorcycle horn I've ever heard. It startled me.
