Who is maintaining the list now? My bike should be on it from back in 2010. I wanted to see how many CA bikes were on the list as mine is one. |

Scott / Kevin, One of you still maintaining "The List"? If not, I'll be glad to take over as I'm kind of doing it anyway - been tracking all Barn-built, S2, S2T, and Spare Signature Cover owners as I come across, not just BadWeb registry, but any VIN that shows up on eBay, Craigslist, etc. - just to know what bikes are still around, and where Sent my list to Keven when he took over last year and I think I had more data than he had. Let me know if I can help, Andrew |

David, Lets see if Scott or Kevin respond - in the meantime, if you want to PM me with the info on your 2 T-Bolts, I'll add it to my list which, one way or another will get to whomever ends up running this. (Your name was already on my list (which started as an old Registry list) as an 1995 owner but the bike number shown was "???" |

Hey everyone, I thought I'd have more time when I retired, but I'm back working due to my wife's health issues. Anthony's list is far more complete than than the list from Scott. My vote is that we have Anthony take this over. My wish was to make the list as public as possible. I did request from Froggy how to make that happen but I never heard back from him. Anybody have any issues with this plan? Kevin |

....except I think Keven meant Andrew, not Anthony. And yes, what to make public and what not needs to be agreed to or past rules reaffirmed. Andrew Rocco (Tigermann) |

Fine by me. I thought Kevin was doing the list. Has he responded to anyone that has messaged him? Scott |

OK, here’s what I have on the registry: To recap - my lists started with everything I could find in the older BadWeb registry threads from Rex (Rex Chaney), Bartimus (Bart), Ulywife (Kristi Suarez), F_skinner (Frank Skinner), Velocity (Scott Juergens), and Kmbuell (Keven Meath). Then I added anything I could find in the BadWed archives. Then, just to know what bikes are still out there (or what’s been dismantled), I’ve been adding anything from eBay, Craigslist, or other web sources that list VIN numbers, including bare frames. I try to log the VIN, color, mileage and what city/state when possible. So here’s a summary of what I’ve got to date 1995 S2s Total Identified 207 Member Bikes 151 Known Destroyed 16 1996 S2s Total Identified 30 Member Bikes 23 Known Destroyed 1 1996 S2Ts Total Identified 70 Member Bikes 53 Known Destroyed 4 Spare Covers 1995 S2 14 1996 S2 3 1996 S2T 6 I also have a big list of members that have or had and S2/S2T but I have no info on the bike – I’ll list them in a follow-up post Again, none of this does us any good if the information about the owners and the bikes isn’t available to the members. I believe as Bart has stated in the past, no sense in this becoming a “secret society”, the whole point is to see the list grow, identify what bikes are still out there, and maybe meeting other S2 owners. But I can understand some people’s concern for privacy, so we need to agree on what should, or should not be made public, like a previous suggestion - only the last four of the VIN, CA or 49 State, year, color, Sig Series info, owners bad web and full name, and location? What do you think? Cheers, tigermann (Andrew Rocco) |

"only the last four of the VIN, CA or 49 State, year, color, Sig Series info, owners bad web and full name, and location? What do you think?" That's all that was maintained when I started the list. When I handed all the info over to Frank, he took it to the next level and tracked down VIN's, and more info. I think the basic information we started with will suffice for all intents and purposes here on the badweb. I still have #1013 (Message edited by bartimus on October 01, 2018) |

Thank you Bart, noted. Thank you Vincent (Ha!, had a note next to #66 S2T that said “Being Restored November 2017” – guess it’s still in progress) Thank you William, noted (looks sweet!) OK, let’s assume everyone is good with restricting shared info to "last four of the VIN, CA or 49 State, year, color, Sig Series info, owner’s name, BadWeb member name, and location. Next question is – how do we share this? Should I start a new thread and post the “sanitized” Excel file every so often? Quarterly? Or whenever there’s a member change? Tell me your thoughts. Cheers, Andrew |

Thanks Andrew, I am fine with the list as you mentioned in the previous post. As far as how to share it I know on other forums they have stickies, that stay at the top of a forum can that be done on here, or put in the knowledge vault? |

Easiest probably to upload a excel spreadsheet or pdf onto Dropbox and provide a link here. |

Here is latest S2-S2T Registry in Excel 2013 spreadsheet – wanted to try just posting the file (it’s not that big) in this thread, see how it works. I plan on posting it here maybe every 6 months. Hope I did this right – take a look, tell me what you think or what I should change. There are 5 tabs; S2/S2T Changes (list of known changes through the production run) 1995 S2 1996 S2 1996 S2T Spare Covers Each list has "last four of the VIN, Build date, CA or 49 State, Sig Series info, color, BadWeb member name, owner’s first name, location, mileage and notes.

Why doesn't it download as a simple Excel file? For me (at work) it downloads as a bunch of zipped folders and files and such. Haven't tried it from home yet... |

It downloaded with an extension of .unk for me, I saved it as is, then renamed it as a .xl. It opens as a spread sheet after that. Thanks for taking this on, the energy and effort is much appreciated!!!

'm unable to get the file to open. It suggests finding a new app to open an "unk". Any suggestions? |
