Looking to get some new wires for my 99 S3, would like to get some Screamin Eagle wires On the phone with the dealer now, they say that they dont have them for the old buells, but was told that Harley Dyna wires are supposed to work. Any word on the validity of this? Where is a good place to get aftermarket wires for these EFI buells? Prices? I appreciate it guys! |

You can try Al @ American Sport Bike. Based on my experience, the choice of plug wires makes no difference in the performance. YMMV. |

I got some blue Taylor wires that match the color of my bike, plus they look like garden hoses compared to the stock wire thickness. Got them from Dennis Kirk and they list Buell models for fit. http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/product_catalog/Prod uct.jsp?productId=pH20303 can see them on my bike in the pic. The rear cylinder wire hangs long but doesn't touch the frame nor cylinder. I like the way it hangs. |
