Changed the front tire last night and am having a hard time bolting the rotor back up. The wavy washers are about impossible to line back up and when I think I got it, the rotor still seems a little loose. I am stumped, any ideas???

First of all you should have removed the whole rotor ...

Now you can put more shims in to tighten up the rotor ...

ROTOR Class 101 on the is available upon request, just e-mail me(Ljenne73c@verizon.net), and a copy is yours ...

It is easier than removing the brake pads and then the caliper ...
