I just installed the Muller power clutch gizmo and shorty CRG levers this weekend.
Now i'm finding that the bike is shifting hard when the engine is running and I'm standing still. The clutch lever is adjusted within spec., actually it looks like there is a little bit more slack than there was yesterday so i'm thinking it'd either that or I have to turn that clutch adjustment screw clockwise another half turn

I've had it apart 4 times as my first adjustment was really off... I didn't realize that "feeling slight resistance" on the adjusting screw then backing off was really slight bottoming out... I think I'm closer.
Oh, 2 finger pull on the shorty levers with the Power clutch is much lighter than stock... though the adjustment needs refinement I think.

Hi Erik... I think the rest of the week we're going to have bad weather. I'll be in touch if after another try I fail.

update: i just drove home from work and stood off of the seat, pulled in the clutch and shifted into first. The bike started moving very slightly so I guess I have to back off of that screw a bit.
That the ramp mechanism is very close to the inside of the case and I'm not sure how much more I can go -- The part where the cable hooks on.
If the clutch is partially engaging should I turn the adjuster clockwise? That moves the clutch ramp mechanism out as it moves clockwise which means the cable picks up some slack... then i have to adjust the free play.

Tell you what, take that muller garbage out and throw it in the trash.......Unless you have really heavy clutch race springs!

Good luck on adjusting, It wont help. I installed one of these and it starts to slip away at high rpm.
Then i had the motor beefed up and it totally ruined the factory clutch

I know 2 land speed racers who don't like them either, Both racers tried adjusting it on "my bike" and it was same each time. One of the guys asked if i just had a new clutch installed before it hit the dyno! I told him no and what was in there and he said " I don't like that clutch thing at all, I tried adjusting the clutch 3 times"

If you ride slow and your hand hurts then this is the junk for you! I sold mine and lost $69 bucks.

I got in touch with Mr. Muller directly in Germany. Back and forth a couple of times and now I have it adjusted perfectly.

I am very happy with my Muller. It is smooth as silk and very well made. I recommend it to everyone.
