hello all - any help on this would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!

I just bought my first bike - a 2002 buell blast. just passed the course and got my license - yay!

I really liked the way the aegis diamond / demon / rage headlight fairings looked, so I went and bought a rage fairing from (unfortunately) a shady dealer on ebay. No directions, scratched at the top, one headlamp not working... ugh.

I fixed the headlamp, pulled out the broken prong and put in a new light, that's all fine.

I'm having trouble with the wiring. It's 4 12v 20w lights. I'll admit, I didn't install the light - while I was at work one of my guy friends did it. The trouble is, I have NO low beams and only high beams. I also don't have blinker lights. The yellow wire that was attached to my original headlight isn't wired in anywhere to the new headlight as far as I can see.
Any suggestions? Advice? Anything? I'm all ears!!

Sounds like you need to disconnect and start over from square one.

Well, it sounds like the black should be the ground, the white the High Beam feed and the yellow the low beam feed. The turn signals should be on a separate circuit all together. I don't have my wiring diagram here at work but I will check when I get home if no one chimes in. You might also want to ask over in the Thumper Forum, they have their own knowledge Vault just for the Blast.
From the looks of the picture I think the center two lights should be Black & Yellow and the outer two should be black & White, but I'm not 100% Sure

This wiring set up is just like the Acerbis - minus 1 bulb. The wiring is uni directional meaning pick one side consistently for positive, the other for negative - doesn't matter which - if you want hi and low put a second lead on the 2 middle on each wire - hook up the middle to the low wiring set, using the second lead, hook all four to the hi beam set - you now have hi and low. Me I left all mine on high so I could turn all my lights off when I wanted while running - for during the day, sneaking around at night, and for electrical trouble shooting for less drain. As far as the signal not working - that could be a bad ground wire, fuse or signal flasher - has nothing to do with your headlights except your friend may have accidentally glitched them while working on the other. Mine work.
