Buying the components piece by piece would probably be a lot cheaper than $2500. |

To do it right, axle adjustment for chain slack, you need the new swingarm-thus the cost. You can do it on the cheap for about 300 bucks but you won't have any adjustability for given tracks, unless you bring about 8 different chains to go with your 8 different sprocket combos... |

who sells them We do http://www.britnett-carver.co.uk/trojanhorse/prods /132.html No need for a new swingarm with adjusters. The adjustable tensioner takes care of that. By using the stock swingarm this has a number of advantages. i.e: 1. Fixed wheelbase regardless of sprocket size. 2. Swingarm retains all it's original strength. 3. Faster wheel changes as no need to re-adjust the chain adjusters every time. 4. The adjustable tensioner is supplied with a chice of two adjuster arms to cover many sprocket sizes. Changing over is a matter of seconds. 5. Finally, Price. Even with the exchange rate as bad as it is, this kit is still substantially cheaper than the factory kit. We and many others have used this kit since 2003 and never had any kind of failure (Message edited by trojan on October 05, 2007) |

Saintly has also been known to set a BadWeBber or two up with chain conversions. PM him, I'm sure he'll be glad to help, and for a lot less than $2500. |

Contact Buell Racing (262) 642-2102 ask for Jamie or Henry. The complete kit is $1500 and they are in stock. It includes everything but chain and sprockets. It would be billed and shipped through your local dealer. |

No_rice If you have a chain drive swingarm from Buell Racing then the rest parts will fit. The kit includes swingarm, chain rubs, caliper w/bracket, rotor, wheel bearings, outer wheel spacers, axle, axle nut, axle adjusters, hardware, etc. Then there's accessory parts (sold separately) such as a Ti rear axle, and endurance racing axle adjusters with shelves for rapid tire changes. The endurance LH axle adjuster integrates the caliper mounting, and the RH axle adjuster has a trick aluminum integral axle nut (replaceable). Oil lines may or may not be required, depending on the year of the bike. Call Buell Racing for more information. |
