So i have to replace one of my frame pucks and from what i read they are adhearing. Any tips on how to remove the existing puck? |

These frame pucks stick insanely well. I've always wondered if anybody has damaged the paint on the frame when removing them? |

Al gave me some pretty good advice when I had to redo mine. Start at the bottom, that way if you nick the frame it wont be as noticeable. Try to separate the adhesive from the puck, not the adhesive from the frame. I used a hair dryer, a butter knife, and some rubbing alcohol. Took just a couple of minutes to get the puck off, and a couple more to clean the adhesive off the frame. No nicks or dings whatsoever. |

It says on the instructions that come with the puck in fine print. Isopropyl as I recall. I bet Goof Off will work better, it didn't hurt my frame finish when removing a decal, but test on yours first. |

Thanks guys i appreciate the help. I'll let ya know how it goes. I suppose i wanna use a high test line so it doesnt snap huh? |
