Jet Hot! Had mine done last year. IIRC it cost me $140.00. YMMV. |

You can get them from Al at American Sport Bike. I installed mine with the race exhaust, and am very satisfied with them. Jack |

I had checked out their website is everyone doing the sterling or a different color any pics? I have already sanded and polished my pipes but I want the sterling finish. What do u tell them for size of the pipes? (Message edited by fastlane on October 31, 2006) |

You can check out Classic Coatings in WI also. They turn parts around quickly with very good quality. BTW - Buell contracted them to do the blue headers on the X1 White Lightning several years ago. http://www.classiccoatings.com/ |

Had mine ceramic coated for 80 buck here in Fresno. It really made a difference on the old leg and looks awesome.

I like the black jet hot ceramic coating myself. But, those header pipes are such a pain in the a** to get to and take off.... Major job. |

Does anybody do a coating in anything like the "bronze" natural color? I like the bronze, and it goes better with my Yellow bike than either silver or black... |

Clinton the seat is a lot better than i thought it would be. i have done plenty of 4-500 mile days with no problems. i actually find it more comfortable than the stock S seat.
Jason no i don't. (kinda hard for a motor to leak oil when it's not in the bike!) brian |
