What are some good bars to throw on the front of a 9S for a more aggressive riding position. I would like to be a bit more leaned over, but nothing to extreme.

I would like the same info, except I am a newby on a 12SS Long. I am a large person and feel like I am sitting straight up on the bike, would like to get a little more stretched out over the bike a little more. Nothing too extreme to cause me to bank the bike when I turn, but enough to get me down a a ways in the wind.

A number of Bad Webbers, (me included) have fitted CR Azonic Low bars from Cycle Gear.
They are slightly lower and more forward, and can be fitted without changing any of the cables.
There is a whole lot of discussion of them in the Knowledge Vault, but I can't find it.
The are aluminum and cost about $35.

Black.. you have the exact color scheme I want mine to look just like that, however i would rather improve power first before working on color and such.. but the bars are going to have to be a must if i stay with the S, how much more do the 0 deg. bars lay you out?

Crossroads zero degree are perfect for sport riding. Low dirt bike bars are great for around town and wheelies, but an awkward angle for sporting purposes.

I've tried both.

pretty much flat with no pull back. Its about 2" lower than stock. They are also 32" wide so I cut them to be 29" wide. That is 1 1/2" less than stock.

The stock grips can be reused.
The problem is getting them off without damaging them. They come from the factory glued on pretty tight. I had to cut mine off.
If you can't get them off undamaged and you do in fact need new grips, you might want to look at the Buell Traction Grips. Lots of guys like them.

another happy Azonic user here too, can't beat a $35 upgrade. Tq_freak, there was no way I would have been able to reuse my stock grips, those suckers were GLUED on good. i used the Super BK grip, like $6, from ProGrip. most shops stock tons of 'em they're pretty generic... Scott grips are stocked at most shops too...

Hey 892/ I got the moose racing bars in black. Any local moto-x shop will have them. 15 bucks and new nice sticky grips were about 8 bucks. Check the K.V., someone else around here has a red 12 with this setup.

One other thing ya'll may be interested in.
The 0o Cross Roads are more forward than the CR Azonic Low bars, but not as low.
Just an FYI.

892, go with the Crossroads then. The Azonics (to me) make my XB feel like a big dirt bike, which i love. If i did track days, or wanted an 'R-like' position, I would want the Crossroads pronto.
