Here is a copy of the add that was posted in the classifieds BWB. I do not think John would lie so I have to believe that he was mislead. I am sorry that this happened.

Original owner, excellent condition, 1000 mile dealer serviced
Has frame pucks, factory tank bag & extra "Select Seat".
Never abused, just one too many bikes for now. I'll also add a size Large Buell/Vanson XRCH jacket for $250.00 for the buyer only, if desired. First private sale for me so a local buyer would be preferred. For further info email lurker@umich.edu or call John at 734-434-8521

Mistakes happen. So long as it's handled well then there should be no problem. I force myself not to jump to conclusions right off the bat. If the person makes it right, then all is cool. If not, then I go off the handle.

Thanks for standing up, for someone else's mistake especially...I was pretty excited to be getting the select seat, then it showed up and all my excitement went to crap. I was pretty PO'ed at the time because we didn't know if it was a scam or what, but now I know it was an honest mistake, $hit happens man....

I have not tried the select seat but I have tried all the rest. I liked the City X seat the best out of the Buell seats but nothing comes close to the Corbin. I have a Corbin seat for sale off my 03 XB9S that I traded in. It was only on the bike for a month. I need to sell this seat to buy a Corbin for my Uly. If you try the Corbin seat you will not be unhappy.

I can only compare my select seat to the low seat that I had & all I can say is that it's awesome.
It feels good. After less than 200 miles it broke in nicely. It ain't too squishy & it ain't too hard.
I like the looks of it with the groove. Those who don't like the groove may be better off with the Street fighter though I have absolutely no idea how it compares to the select.
I still havn't taken any passengers so I can't say squat about passenger comfort either.
As far as rider comfort goes, I'm a very happy camper : )

Dustin I would like to get my seat back. I refunded the money, paid the paypal fees and sent money for shipping. Just want my seat back. I did the right thing and now it is your turn.

Thanks William
