i have almost 12k on my xb12r. it just started making a stange noise, almost like a metal vibration/ loose piece of metal sound...happend when i start out, sometimes at steady speed, other when i open it up...its not pinging, (or knocking)... doesnt effect performance, last a couple of seconds. any ideas? thanks

does that mean the primary chain needs to be replaced, or? and is that a something fairly easy to do? thanks

PS - I got the Parts Catalog for my bike too. Comes with diagrams of many of the parts so you not only see exactly what part you need but how everything fits together
