Ask him to draw you a picture. Then come back and tell me who knows the poop on Buell folks EVERYWHERE.

By the way, is Penny Keaton still around Glendale?

My dealer is getting better so I'll leave their name out, but when I purchased my bike they gave me a couple of shirts free. Unfortunately they had no Buell shirts, only HD.

On a good dealer note, Calgary HD/Buell has the best selection of Buell products I've ever come across.

I want to add my dealership to this list, if you can pardon my bias. We sell motorcycles and parts & accessories at MSRP. We don't mark anything up and people all over the Northwest come to us because we have gained a reputation as one of the friendliest dealerships around. We go out of our way to help no matter what model you ride. To our out of area customers we ship anything over $200.00 for free and don't charge sales tax. As far as the whole "keeping Buell parts in stock" thing, you have to understand, we operate on supply and demand. We don't have a big Buell customer base (v-rod either for that matter) and we can't really justify keeping every part conceivable in stock. We do however keep common service parts in stock and as long as the Franklin
Distribution Center has it available, we can do next day air, two day air, or the 7-10 day ground. As long as you are willing to pay for it. We sponsor racing with both our v-rod drag bike and our all new Buell road racing team. Speaking of the Buell team, our road racing team web site will be up and running soon (I will post a link when it is up) and you are welcome to add your input, ideas or support! I have had my share of bad experiences with dealerships in the past, but I am proud to say that this one is one of the best I have ever been to, or been a part of. I work in parts and am available five days a week if you guys (and girls) need any parts (OEM or aftermarket) or I can always bug the technicians for service related stuff.

Let's see...Pheonix? 2 free shirts, no Buell. Sounds like Chandler HD. If so, I can say I've been happy with their service so far. They've got at least one service rep (Mike Amrozewicz) who's pretty sportbike-oriented. When I took a test ride, he took the time (without me asking) to dial in the suspension for me on two different bikes. After chatting a while about my riding style and habits, he even steered me away from having them pre-install the race kit on my XB12S...told me to ride it a while and see if I really felt the power was lacking before spending the cash. I'm glad he did because I don't.

Oh, Chandler HD has some Buell Ts in stock at the Chandler Mall shop. Haven't been in the showroom for a while to see if they've added them there.
