Anybody know of any? The only ones I can find are the billet aluminum ones that Trojan sells, which are extremely expensive and (in my opinion) butt ugly to boot. I'm not necessarily unhappy with the view of the stock (2003) mirrors, but mine are a little beat up and I'm looking for replacements. I can't stand the antennae look of the 2004 mirrors... -=sigh=- |

Take 'em off, put some flush mount blinkers in they're place and get yourself some barend mirrors. Might be what I would do if I had an R. Sorry can't help you with the fairing mirrors. |

They only appear to make things to fit standard mirror mounts, like on cruisers. Unless I'm missing something? Glitch, I have bar ends, and will eventually put them on, but I don't really like the flush mount idea. |

Unfortunately I can't make it tonight. Maybe next week, though. We'll have to meet somewhere that I know - never been up that way before. What year Ninja? |

Chaser, I had the 04 kit initially. The mirrors are from an 03 Ninja, but any of the ZX6RR or 636 mirrors will fit the same, takes a little modification of the mounting base, but otherwise they fit real well. |

Chaser, see my original post. The '04 mirrors just look...wrong...to me. Wycked, the ones on your bike are more what I'm looking for. How much did they run and what kind of modification did you have to make to them for fitting? |

$25 a piece used, had to trim, the bolt mounts, and drill out the fairing to fit the bolt mounts. Trimmed it enough for the bolt mounts fit in tightly. Used long enough bolts from the "inside" of the fairing and tightened into the bolt mounts. Did you make it up to bike night afterall? Saw what could have been your bike and the rider struck me as your size...? |

Nope, and my bike isn't blue anymore...I just haven't gotten around to posting pictures yet! I'll have to get a good look at your mirrors first, but that sounds like a deal to me! |

You've got to post some pics. What all did you do? I've got a feeling I'm ahead on miles, but behind on mods! |

I've been thinking all black for awhile. Please post pictures. I've always thought bikes should be black, yet I have no black bikes ... Henrik |

You can have any color you want, as long as it's black. Black Blast, black Ram, and now a black Firebolt. I posted pics in the "...and the 'bolt lives on..." thread. |
