First off, I just went to adjust my idle and I think the adjuster is missing. There is a severed cable that really just looks like a coil. I never adjusted my idle so I'm not sure, but I can't find the adjuster.

Secondly, could someone do me a huge favor and snap a picture of the idle adjuster and post it on this thread?

Thirdly, would the bike still run without the idle adjuster?

Yes, it will run without the adjuster. The cable is just an extension to allow you to set the idle without removing the tank.

be right back...(getting digital pic) Mine had broken the fitting and fallen down out of site so it took me awhile to find it the first time, have it ziptied in place right now.

I took some pics of mine, it definitely works because when I got my bike it was idling at or below 1000RPM and I had to bump it up.
