I wanted to clean up the looks and get rid of the rainbow of colors between all the pieces.

I like it, I Like it... is all the paint "satin"? It's hard to tell in the photo if the plastics are "glossy"....

Cool! "Black Lightning".

To paraphrase Richard Thompson:

"Ain't nothing in this world,
that beats a 2004 Buell,
and a red headed girl"

Thanks for the comments. The paint is flat black and the plastics are the factory glossy finish. I did contemplate anodizing the forks in black and getting that carbon diamond finish on the sliders that the 1K GSX-R has on it. I need to control spending a bit, need the drummer "fat outlet" on it first, then we'll see. I have been trying to kick my carbon fiber addiction... been clean for a little over a year. Nah, my Sidi boots have carbon on them, oh well. I guess Darth Vader would like the black too?
