Hey everyone!

I'm a noob! I'm new to motorcycles, new to this board and a new owner of 2003 XB9S (I had a Blast! for about a week - put about 360 miles on it and then decided it was time for an upgrade). Just got passed the break in on the XB and I'm digging it more and more every day!

Anybody live in the Seattle area?

Welcome xbjs! In Seattle you're near a bunch of Buellers and some XB riders as well. VMEBarry (currently on the mend), LeeH, Misato70, and yours truly come to mind.

Where did you buy your Buell?

Welcome xbjs, that is too damn funny, 360 miles on a Blast then time for an upgrade !!??

I thought when I traded mine in it was time and I hung on to my Blast way longer than I should have, but you cut right to the chase !! :)

Hey...I've still got mine (Blast). It's still a great bike, even with a big brother sitting next to it in the garage!

<~~still a better rider on the Blast than the XB, just not as fast!

I'm not trying to disrespect the Blast. It's a great bike and it certainly gave me the confidence to ride the XB. I just had an opportunity to move up earlier than I had originally planned. Personally, I find the XB is an easier bike for me to ride...
