With thee conversing I forget all time,
All seasons and thir change, all please alike.

Sweet is the breath of morn, her rising sweet,
With charm of earliest Birds;

pleasant the Sun
When first on this delightful Land he spreads
His orient Beams, on herb, tree, fruit, and flour,
Glistring with dew;

fragrant the fertil earth
After soft showers; and sweet the coming on
Of grateful Eevning milde, then silent Night
With this her solemn Bird and this fair Moon,
And these the Gemms of Heav'n, her starrie train:

But neither breath of Morn when she ascends
With charm of earliest Birds,

nor rising Sun
On this delightful land,

nor herb, fruit, floure,
Glistring with dew,

nor fragrance after showers,

Nor grateful Eevning mild,

nor silent Night
With this her solemn Bird,

nor walk by Moon,
Or glittering Starr-light
without thee is sweet.

John Milton, Paradise Lost, Book IV, Lines 639-658

Carolyn,
Condolences. Whenever I hear of these accidents I think I should sell my bike, but it's the enthusiasm of people like your husband that reinforces my own. Al's personal quote on his profile "ride on". God's speed Al.

Carolyn, I am so saddened to hear of Al's death. The fact that you have some comfort at this time that your husband left this life doing something he enjoyed speaks, I think, to the strong bond the two of you have. As has already been expressed many times, we all thank you for posting your message here.

So Al, I hope the road are always twisty, the tires are always sticky, and the grins are bigger than a Texas sunset.

Very best regards,

--ken

Hi there, my husband was an avid enthusiast. Thought his new XB9S Low was a gift from the motorcycle gods. Has loved it from the moment he sat on it and was truly enjoying this board. He was driving home Wed. evening and another vehicle pulled a left right in front of him. He had no time to do anything and died about 1 1/2 hours later. He loved riding and I comfort myself that Al went doing something he just loved to do.
Thanks Carolyn

Carolyn,

My heart goes out to you and your family. I've tried to write a message of condolence, faith hope but words fail. My prayers go out for you and for your husband. May he find eternal happiness with the Lord.

Sincerely,
Damon
