well, I need some new signals because I managed to save everything except my right front signal after deciding to stop at my friend's house and try to park on a sloped driveway. I had hurt my right leg the night before and well, I put the cover in my pocket, planning to fix it, lost it as I drove home.

so what is everyone's opinion on the flushmounts and how they look on the Firebolt models?

opinion? They look cheap and out of place.

do what you think looks good tho!

I LOVE the Kellerman micro 1000 lights. I put a black halogen set up front on the X1 (integrated rear taillight so no need back there), and 2 sets of solver LED on the XB.

not cheap, but worth every penny!

Its all about personal preference. You can find them for less than $20 a pair.

I got a set of the R1 flushmounts and 2 set of smoke stalked LED blinkers during a recent 40% off sale.

I decided to use the stalk sets (actually a third since one broke when I dropped my bike.)

The flushmounts were pretty damn small. You couldn't see them from the front. I took crappy iPhone pictures and plan to do a writeup someday.

The 1125 mirrors are DOT so no one can even give you grief over running them.

Thanks! Some may say the 1125R mirrors are useless on the Firebolts because of the angle and/or vibration, but there are a few things you can do to fix that.

I don't know about that, the 1125R and CR mirrors are the best mirrors I ever used. I wish they were more adjustable, but other than that they work fantastic and the LEDs are bright.

You disagreed and agreed with my statement in one sentence.

There is a way to get more adjustment on the glass.

I like my mirrors and if you search this forum and the other Buell forums you will find the complaints I am talking about.

You can find the flush mounts on ebay all day long and the mirrors from the dealership.
