Has anyone taken delivery on the mysterious Nallin Signature Series XB9R/S Exhaust yet. I was told 1 month ago they were shipping in 1 1/2 weeks. Glad I didn't hold my breath!

While at a recent trackday it was mentioned that these pipes are scraping the pavement when on the track. Has anyone experienced this while on the track?

Waiting for my Signature Series Exhaust!

Joe,I hope you dont have a problem with your exhaust.Because John at Force is a real time asshole and wont stand behind their exhaust. They want your money but if you have any problems with their exhaust.........good luck!

OK, Fauker!!! I better get it soon. 1 more week than Im gonna be looking for something else. Any suggestions from all the other waiting people out there?? I know your all out there...So speak up!! After hearing what people said at the track and what was said yesterday at McBrides. Im getting skeptical about the whole thing. In production, Stopped Production, Scraping the pavement when on the track, PClll not being made anymore, and just in general not showing up after you paid for the thing 2 months ago!

FAUK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! whats a guy gotta do, buy a Jap bike to make a point?

Hmmmm, R6 at 120RWHP for $8500.00 or XB9R at 80 RWHP for $9000.00. Im starting to think logical!

Logic is not allowed here. Its all about the man, the myth, the maybe someday a legend.:D

BTW, what have you heard as far as the pipes scraping the ground? Is it just the exhaust tip or what? Not good to be scraping a pipe which costs as much as that one does.

It was rumored that a few people in CA who have already received the system, had problems with the pipes scraping when out on the track. I haven't seen it for myself, if I ever get the pipes I might get a chance to find out for myself. IF I EVER GET THE PIPES!

Why not a ZX-12R with 170 RWHP for $10K? :/

If you are gonna compare apples to oranges at least get the facts straight; the R6 does not make 120RWHP, it makes around 100 RWHP; the 120 HP figure is brake HP at the crank. The XB9 makes between 73 and 78 RWHP.

Logic? If that is the primary criteria governing your purchase of a motorcycle, might I suggest a Honda Nighthawk or an SV650. Logic... please.

I was just being generalized with the numbers. Thank You for your attempt at correcting me, even though your numbers are wrong.

Actually, The SV650 is a good looking bike, almost on par with the FB, it also rides very nice.

I spanked an sv650 last weekend up in Suches...was I spanking the rider or the bike?...Don't know...Don't care...it was fun though, after being ribbed about how much I paid vs how much he paid, and how much more "refined" the little SV is...he he he...

I pretty much only catch and bother correcting the really glaringly inaccurate stuff. You know, like someone claiming an R6 puts down 120 rwhp. I don't know what the various magazine dyno tests results for the R6 are exactly, but I know they are all around 100 rwhp as I stated, far from 120 rwhp.

Interesting philosophy you have listed in your profile...

Truth In Ones Self

Truth In Life!!!!

That's a very good philosophy to follow. Another philosophy that will serve you particularly well here on BadweB might be... Try not to go out of your way to aggravate the board admin. :/

Just for the record: Motorcyclist Magazine lists the YZF-R6('01) at 96.7 rear wheel HP using a Dynojet 150

Blake, It may please you to know, I answered Joe's question..."who is this Blake guy?" with great delight! You can expect no further aggitation from that boy! I went ahead and told him not to post anymore......

Misato,
I'd say he did, and now he's running around like a crack addict trying to get his fix (installation)......I volunteer'd to help but it was with the understanding that I got to do the first third gear wheelie on it when we were done..........he declined!

It was funny, I took pictures of my set to our weekly dinner on wednesday, just to drive him more nuts. Well it was fun for the four days that his didn't show up!

Joe, we want a rider evaluation soon! report!

Shazam,

How do you like your new system? Is it really that much more powerful? If so, I may buy one this winter for when I yank the bike apart to be painted and put the Force system on it, keeping the race kit for when I get my Lightning (heehee!).

And send me a damned e-mail!

E-mail sent, sorry for the delay!

my new system is sitting on the floor in my living room, I can't comment on it's performance, but it sure looks good! hahaha. My firebolt currently consists of two wheels and a chunk of aluminum between them. (I really should post that picture, it's really odd looking) as my motor has found a temporary home in Colorado!

I probably won't be able to tell you what difference it makes to a stock XB unless "Usapitbull" let's me play on his. (another local Bueller who recieved his "kit" recently). It is scheduled for installation beginning next week. I printed out the post where he says he'll let me wheelie it, in case he drops a string out his panties.

I will say this....the headwork and PC have been on the bike with a Latus can for three months and it consistantly pulls well away from stock XB's

Yep, I said it! As long as it seems good and stable Sam can try a few wheelies. I spoke with Frank and he said to bring the bike over Sunday so I could show him how to install the system....LOL!!!! Ya Right!!! Just kidding! So hopefully sometime next week I will know how well the system works with the bike, looks, sounds and rides!
