One of our sponsors, Granstand Designs can power coat wheels in colors to match the frame.

Pretty sure you can't. Many have tried and can't even get a paint code, much less the material itself for the amber wheels!

ok..........
any color can be made.
if you have automotive color match you can do it.
powder is awesome but you are limited in colors and matching.
if done CORRECTLY (auto paint)it can be just as durable and colorful.
they have "their" color(in powder coat) and wont share the formula.
choose another color and run with it.
there are more than 30k auto colors i am sure there is a shade that appeals to you somewhere.

If there is a paint code it can be made into powder, usually cost is a factor (most companies charge $25 a pound to make) and 2-3 lb minimum. The factory Red shouldnt be an issue at all.

Find a good coater or paint shop and ask to look at their RAL charts.

As John has mentioned, Pete at Grandstand Designs can match the wheels and frame to factory Buell Powder. He has done many parts in both the light (xb9) and darker(xb12) graphite grey. translucent amber, translucent hero blue.(cityx) Bruised blue(08 1125R frame) and loads of other colors and finishes. Your red frame and wheels should be no problem.
Give Pete a call.
