So I am thinking about doing some powder coating. I am going to get the wheels done, pretty simple pull the bearings out. but i am thinking about the frame, should I paint it or powder coat it. Is there some where i can go and buy all the seals and bearings at once after i disassemble the bike? Just looking for a little advice from anyone who has done it before. Thanks Steve |

I have the same question. I chipped the coating off of a few areas on the passenger grab bars, and I'd like to repair the damage. It looks like I can remove the rear assembly, but I have no idea if I can get anything even remotely matching the color. Comments would be appreciated. Chris |

Pete at Grandstand designs powdercoated my seat rails and center tail in Tiger Drylac Bengal Silver, not exact match, but a very good color choice on the bike. |

i did my cheesegrater after i chopped it off and it looks great, the powder coat will hold much better and not chip as easy as paint, especially on wheels! |
