Very little actually, the R to S is the easier of the two.
Do a search, it's been gone over and over before.

Probably because the R to S is so simple.
Maybe someone will post up.
I simply don't know.
While I was busy with my swap, Charlie and Mark were finished way ahead of me waiting to test ride.
30 minutes tops for them, another 30 for me.
There's a parts list posted somewhere, I'll see if I can find it...after the race

The only parts lists I can find are for the R tail.
Sorry, the only thing I can think of is to either find a swap partner, buy a parts book, or visit the sponsor section and get one of the dealerships to help.

Well to be honest...
I did lay it down just before MB-V, I need new sliders
Didn't the transmission go out in yours?
What's the story now?
Rebuild?

Damn, every time I see Lonexb's bike I get twitchy to do my tail swap -- after graduation that is my next big project.

Started the swap today. It's supposed to be nasty weather rest of the week so I decided it was a good time for the bike to be down.

Kit05 R to S is easy as sin. took me an hour and a half to tear down the R tail and assemble the S. (not including the trip to Lowes for 1/4-20's) Biggest problem was getting/finding another hand/foot to bleed the brakes with. I ended up putting a 40lb sand bag on a rope and throw the rope over a tree limp and use it like a counter weight on a pulley.
